We received terrible customer service today. We went into the store and we're not greeted and upon checking out the system shut down and had to reboot. They rang up our purchases but the credit card machines was still not working and we tried to pay with cash but it was an "inconvenience" for the employee checking us out. There was no apology for the system malfunction or poor service and no thank you for being patient. After about 40 minutes in the store with poor service, we left our intended purchase and coupons.
