Lili's Glass — Attraction in Worcester

NEVER Shopping at this place again. Worst customer service and horrible products they don’t own up for…

I bought a terp pearl from the shop for $10. While at the shop the person helping me dropped the pearl on the ground and grabbed it after bouncing and put it right in the bag for me. I get home heat up the rig and it breaks instantly.

So I go to the shop show them this and they quite literally start laughing in my face without telling me they can’t help me or for x reason they can’t do something but no instead they tell me “OH you dropped it. Or over heated it.” Excuse me ? Did you not drop it when i purchased it LOL? And isn’t this thing supposed to withstand more heat than the banger itself? … after all they didn’t like the fact that I called them out for selling me a 25 cent terp pearl after the owner of the shop says “it’s only 10 dollars” LOL. Lastly they’re also waving and pointing at the door telling me to get out if I’m not happy. So unprofessional and the last place I’d ever go to if I needed anything from...

Absolutely love going to lilis glass. They have something for everyone at every price range. Not only do they carry all your smoking needs they have beautiful hand blown pendants and charms and one of my favorite glass artists Martha Proctor. Jewelry and Crystal's stones and statues they cover it. Now for the smokers part of it... they have it all. From 15 dollars to 15000 dollars. Amazing hand blown American glass works and then your run of the mill throw away pipes. Very kind and warm knowledgeable employees that will answer every question or concerns you may have. Never pushy and will always wrap your purchases to keep them safe on the ride home. I'll share an experience I had that made me love this shop. I went and picked out a rig a banger and went to buy it. Had it all wrapped up and ready to ring out when the employee showed me an mj arsenal rig that I was more looking for. Worse vape shop experience I ever had! They sold me a vape and as soon as I drove off it stopped working! They said there is nothing they can do literally 10 minutes after i drove off!! It was like throwing $20 in the trash! They not only lost a customer over $20 but I will make sure to spread the word around! Fake,cheap,knockoff vapes that who knows what’s in them! They are even charging $80 for labubus that you can easily buy online for $27!! Bunch of crooks imo! Too many good reputable smoke shops around for them to be throwing customers away! I was planning on spending a fortune with them next pay check,and on Christmas! They did have some cute items..but they won’t see a single penny from me!!
