After calling this morning, I was instructed to email my document for an order of approximately 80 black-and-white pages. When I called back around noon, the Print Shop manager, Marsha, claimed she had "25 jobs" in the queue and could not complete my 80-page order, after I already emailed my document. essentially refusing service despite confirming the email earlier. Marsha then instructed me to use the self-serve printer, quoting a price of $0.82 per page. This is an outrageous price for standard black-and-white copies and a blatant attempt to force me into a four-times higher cost option after refusing the in-house order. I requested to speak with the General Manager. Marsha placed me on hold, and no one ever returned to the phone. I remained on hold for a frustrating 43 minutes before finally hanging up. (Please refer to the attached screenshot as proof of the call duration.) This store and its management, specifically Marsha, exhibit an alarming level of unprofessionalism and a severe lack of accountability. I urge all customers to stay away from this location. The combination of price gouging, service refusal, and deliberate evasion of customer complaints is unacceptable. I sincerely hope corporate management investigates this location...
Read moreHorrible customer service. The store is practically empty and I asked to have an item printed. After spending over 10 minutes explaining to the associate the size of the item printed they told me they don't have paper to print. They then tell me they don't have the paper size because their printers behind the counter aren't working only to then tell me they can print but only on gloss paper. I agree to have item printed on gloss paper then they tell me it's a rush fee. At this point it becomes clear they don't want to provide service. I asked for the manager who is extremely rude and request the number for corporate. He refuses to write the nimber down rattling off numbers, then walks off. Another shopper then informs me the associate and manager when over to another aisle and proceed to talk about me. David then makes excuses saying they were discussing...

Once I did get set up on the computer I needed some assistance I was very disappointed I'll be right with you man was what I heard over and over they did come to help me but I was unsuccessful in retrieving some information from the computer. The charge per minute was $0.33.
