Wow!! I could engage Siri but the screen was blank. I have the AT&T insurance plan and thankfully the entire repair was covered! Over $400 for a new screen and labor and I did not have to pay a penny! Every time your tech got the access restriction off one message it was still in the rest. She was very good but every time we went to another message it was still there. Thought it was with the VPN with Norton VPN and did help but it would go back the same way. Norton told me it was the VPN but didn’t know that would to do with problem and he could not resent Norton without VPN. Would not let him in to reset. I was on the I phone for an hour and a half and I wanted to cancel and billing wanted me to go to another tech and I said, no, because I had it. That’s all I do with this phone is call Verizon and then sends me to Apple and this last time Norton call me. Three days wasted on this one case. Month ago it was the internet was turn off and found out by Apple it was Norton VPN and Norton is saying it’s not them. I don’t get it. Very unprofessional company in my opinion. I went there one time before with my son. It was a great service. So this time my mom and her Fiance takes their computer there to get fixed and it's because they're trying to get everything situated so they can move back to Florida and start to build their house. So over a month's gone by andthey haven't got the computer fixed. Now this computer repair company says temporarily closed. All they keep hearing is about staff issues. Well that's not their problem. U break it I Fix It computer repair company is. When your the owner of a business you have to make it work no matter what. If not, then maybe being in business for yourself is not the best thing. In my opinion you need to work for somebody instead and learn how a business runs in computer technology before you go in business.
