One of the best escape room experiences I’ve ever had! My friends and I were looking for something fun to do in the area (and I’m a big escape room fan), so I was hyped when I found this place online. The parking lot was a bit tricky to find (even with the helpful map provided), but there’s quite a bit of space to park. We ended up being a couple minutes late for our booking, but it didn’t seem to impact the experience itself. My group went through the Escape the 1980’s room. I’m a relatively experienced escape room player and my friends have been through a couple rooms themselves. I’d give the difficulty a rating of 5/10, and the fun a rating of 100/10! This is a great room for escape room beginners, but still a fun challenge for experienced players. The aesthetic and references were fun, the puzzles were clever, and the game flow was very smooth. The hint system and delivery was one of the coolest I’ve seen around. What really made our experience absolutely incredible was our fantastic game master, Tim. Tim was funny, engaging, and all around wonderful. He actually took the time to talk with us rather than just speeding through a memorized script to get us in and out of the room. His hints were incredibly helpful in the moments where we did need a little help. If you have the pleasure of being hosted by Tim, I can tell you for certain that your experience is in very good hands! Overall you can tell that these rooms have been carefully crafted with love and care. Other escape rooms sometimes seem to forget the human side of their experiences, but Escape Games Live, the hosts, and even the rooms themselves touch deep into the personal to provide a spectacular experience. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Escape Rooms Live. For the past four years, we’ve returned here because it’s been a fun tradition, but after this year, I doubt we’ll ever come back.

During our visit, a staff member initially told us we could use a side room (which was under construction, mind you) to let a child in our group hand out cupcakes and presents. However, a manager later came by and, in a rigid and dismissive manner, informed us that we couldn’t use the room because “sessions were booked for the day.” This inconsistency and lack of communication were frustrating, and the manager’s attitude only made it worse.

To make matters worse, the waiting room was freezing. For a business that relies on creating an enjoyable and welcoming experience, failing to provide a comfortable environment for customers is unacceptable. Sitting in an ice-cold waiting area only added to the overall disappointment.

For a company we’ve supported for years, this experience felt like a slap in the face. The lack of flexibility, poor communication, and disregard for customer comfort made it clear this isn’t a business that values its patrons. Escape Rooms Live has lost our trust—and...

My husband surprised our family with this for our 11 year anniversary and this was by far the greatest date night we’ve ever had in 11+ years! The entire building is enchanting. Before we even entered the room, we saw so many incredible items. Our host, Wes, told us that the owner puts a lot of work into seeking out every item in the building, making sure it’s special, and it absolutely shows. The minute you enter, I can only describe it as feeling like Alice in Wonderland… There is something amazing to see at every turn, even in the 5th ugliest bathroom! The rules were fully entertaining as well! I wish I could tell you how amazing the room was, but I can’t give spoilers. Our host was absolutely perfect! He called when we needed it, answered every question we had, and was equally entertaining. Wes is amazing and he completely sold us on coming back to do the carnival room (which we will be scheduling soon and asking for him to be our host).
