Lamplighter Furniture is an awesome furniture store in Zephyrhills, FL with a long and solid history which means it's been successful for decades, probably due to it's great furniture selection and a personable, professional and knowledgeable staff. Lamplighter Furniture also boasts a wide and beautiful variety of furniture for all rooms. I was impressed by the store's inventory as well as their advertisement that said they offered free delivery for purchased furniture items (There could be exceptions for free delivery, don't think it said there were, but I'd ask before buying). I would have bought many items at Lamplighter Furniture at that time, but I was browsing, getting ideas and not quite ready to buy my perfect couch yet. Very unhappy!!! The owner told me i would lose my down payment if i refused my purchase. Florida law states that unless a store fully states "no refunds' a full refund is due the customer within 20 days of purchase. it was a special order but the store did not disclose that my chair was also a recliner. i did not want a recliner. She said I should have known they sell only recliners. I had no way of knowing that. Hummmmmmmmm! Guess i will never trust her again. Also she would not allow me to view my chair before it was...

Enjoyed my shopping experience a great deal. Mindi was very helpful and patient. She taught me things that I did not know regarding the use and mechanics of the recliner that I was interested in.. They are very willing to work with you and help you as much as they can. Delivery was free along with taking away the old item. I searched on line and went to several furniture stores nearby. When the final purchase was made I returned to Mindi at the Lamplighter and am very happy I did....
