Gardens Residence, Tashkent City — Attraction in Tashkent

The place is just a walk away from the Tashkent city mall and the famous park . In the area there is, fitness club which you can visit for additional charge with instructors and the pool , Moroccan hammam, gym , boxing classes for kids . Also swings and fountains.

But some of the fountains are not maintained and they don't have the evening lights like they used to have and some are not even working. People responsible say it's the kids that throw items in the pool that stucks in the filters . Security guards at the entrance are very annoying with their own rules , at one entrance one can ask where you are going on the other entrance they will not ask . If you interrogate them they tend to blame one another. The place has the gates which could be opened with plastic cards but since the opening of the residents buildings gates never worked and by their responsible person we were told that they are on the way , due to logistics it's taking time ( which is almost 2 years ). Cleaners clean the main entrance and elevators twice a month or ones a month due to lack of cleaners and too many buildings . Waste is located in the parking area -1 and not many buildings have the bins also reason is unknown. If you want to move here and bring a pet you have to register it, if it's a dog , and you have to clean after if you taking it for a walk. Lawn movers are working most of the time in the morning and if you want to enjoy a quiet morning it's super noisy and smell bad of petrol . Emergency exit stairs have never been cleaned there are no lights if you have to take the stairs during an emergency it is going to be pitch dark after sun set, Elevators don't always work . Tail's are coming off , really bad construction work. Kids are not looked after by their parents and they run and try to break what they can like they broke the wooden path under my window, I had to chase them away because they don't listen until you raise your voice . It took half a year to fix that path now it's broken again. Sometimes you will see kids swimming in the fountains, very bizarre. One side of the window is looking out to the unfinished side of the area and by night cars pass non stop creating noise. Playgrounds have direct sun during the day no shades no trees except...

Nice neighborhood! 18 hectares park and Tashkent City! No cars allowed in the area which makes safe place for kids. Security and cleaning services. Good property...

Sehr schlechtes Internet funktioniert garnicht, Kinderzimmer kein Klima, kein Ventilator, Bettbezug dreckig das eigene Bett war alt und hat Geräusche gemacht, im Schlafzimmer an der wand ein großes Loch und am nachttisch auch, im Klo gar kein Klopapier, wegen dem harten Betten hat jeder Rückenschmerzen und Nacken Schmerzen, Geschirr war komplett fleckig und dreckig. Und immernoch sagt das Personal das wir eine gute Bewertung geben sollen das mehrere Leute kommen sollen. Gar kein gutes Apartment. Nicht zum...
