A really nice, quiet and cozy hotel, without animation action, with beautiful gardens and in the middle of a lively area, with many evening dining options. We liked it very much, the view from the beachfront pool villa was fantastic. You can't hear anything from the street, the beach is nice and the water very clear, despite the proximity to Duong Dong. The breakfast was also very extensive and delicious, especially the breakfast room is wonderful, with a view of the sea. The "most negative" was actually the very outdated villa, which is quite high in price. The private pool is great and is cleaned daily, but the surcharge is definitely steep. For this ambitious price I just expect more and it should definitely be carried out beauty repairs. The sliding door was quite hooky and also all seals need to be renewed, the sound of the wind and the sea is wonderful, but was rather unpleasantly loud. In addition, geckos were daily visitors, preferably in the shower, but has not bothered us. The bathroom, the shower and also the toilet are not worth 4*, that must be said honestly, we were very disappointed. ...and not nice, the white towels were always stained, it looked quite dingy, something like that should not happen, even in 3* hotels. The bed with 1.80x2.00 is not a highlight for such a room category, we know differently and it just makes a difference when you spend honeymoon with real king size bed. Well, complaining on a high level... The service was okay, room cleaning good, bed linen changed every two days, check in/out went smoothly. Conclusion: We were basically satisfied, had a good time there, have made impressive photos and have not regretted the hotel choice, but price-wise that was already very upscale, without much luxury.

Absolutely loved my experience here that I was so excited to introduce the place to my friends and family after the trip. The place seems less advertised and talked about than other resorts, but it stood out in anyway possible, especially the interior and exterior design. I love the main color theme - blue and white - that is pretty dominant all across the resort. I stayed with a friend at the end of November 2020, during the the best time of the year to visit Phu Quoc. We were already amazed by the place as we were walking through the gardens to take a look, but when we stepped in to our room, we literally screamed at how pretty the room was. The design and arrangement is unique and modern. The lighting is perfect. What we also love is its location. It’s so close to everything which made our trip 10 times better. Service and staff were also amazing, helpful and kind. I love the fact that we can use the pool in the evening, which is not usually allowed in many other places. The restaurant has a great view, the food was decent. The beach (at least during dry season) was pretty clean. Spa service was great as well, which of course was not included in the room rate but the price was good. We felt like we got so much value from the money we spent. It was so worth it. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Phu Quoc.

Can’t fault the service and the room. Great check in experience. Room is kept cool and music greeted us when we walked in. Got partial view of the beach from my deluxe garden view room. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Room is updated. The garden is beautiful and offers lots of shades. The pool is old and broken tiles here and there. It’s cleaned every day during my stay. Plenty of shades at the sun beds area of the beach. Breakfast has wide variety of local and western food. Fruits and salad always fresh. Pork belly and egg stew is really good but it’s one of the dishes that’s on rotation. Location close to town (left) and the start of long beach (right). Both sides are busy with lots of restaurants, spas, shops. Suggestions: pls try harder to keep beach clean. I was at another resort and the beach is kept clean because they rake the sand a few times each day. Offer non-motorise water sports equipment for free or hire. The beach really puts me off. I pick up rubbish every day even after their staff has done their morning collection. So much rubbish like shredded cans, it’s not safe to go bare foot when swimming. Tips: worth packing aqua shoes.

I am writing this before our full stay is over, but so far, we are incredibly happy. The service staff, everyone we have interacted with, have been great. Very helpful, attentive and try hard to provide the best service. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite, not sure that we needed the jacuzzi, it is filled with cold water and tbh with the amount of mosquitos out at night it doesn't make sense to sit out there. The only issue we have had so far is that our in-room refrigerator didn't work. They have given us a second one, a bit of an eye-sore, awkwardly placed to the side of the room, but it does the job. The location is fantastic, walking distance to almost everything you need and the beach front is perfect for lazing around or swimming. My only feedback would be that maybe they need to install Mosquito nets above the beds. Last night we were woken many times with mosquitos buzzing around our heads. Hopefully tonight is better... All in all, really happy with everything so far. Oh and did I mention the breakfast buffet? Best spread for breakfast i have seen in a long time.

Our experience at L'Azure Resort and Spa Phu Quoc was deeply disappointing. While it’s well-known that all beaches on Phu Quoc Island are public, this hotel has taken it upon themselves to monopolize the beach area by placing their loungers and restricting access to the shade of the palm trees. One particularly upsetting incident occurred when hotel staff tried to remove us from the public beach, claiming they were preparing a "romantic evening" for a couple of their guests. It was both shocking and humiliating to be treated as if we were intruding on what is legally a public space. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. This kind of overreach by the hotel tarnishes the overall impression of the island, which otherwise holds a special place in my heart. It’s a shame that the actions of one establishment can cast a shadow over such a beautiful destination. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here until the management learns to respect both their guests and the public spaces that belong to everyone.

Terribly unprofessional receptionist ruined the whole experience The hotel wants to claim as 5 stars but in fact it even cannot be qualified as 4 stars. The check-in process was horrible: the receptionist’s English has strong accent which I can barely understand. She put me and my mom in the reception for 10 mins after check-in with no one guide us to our room or next-step, and our luggage was simply put at the front door with no one take care of. After get in the room, instead of introducing us the hotel and services, she was busy with showing us the chargeable terms such as mini-bar, SPA and room service. Plus, she left the room door wide open, which caused many mosquitoes escaped in the room. Plus, when I called the reception to ask for the TV signal problem, she firstly responded to me with a dramatic big sigh. I have to say, this is rude even in any express hotel. Compared with showing their Agoda score everywhere, suggest the hotel management team do spare more time and attention to improve their service quality.
