Yoyo Bubble Tea — Attraction in Gauteng

Needs to train the counter manager there. Service is not great. Had to wait ten minutes to speak to a person right in front of me. Was not friendly and music so loud (worse than that was it had a youtube ad in between). The lady who made the bubble tea was way more friendlier than the "manager" there. There were three ladies making the bubble tea so wait time wasn't too long.

Taste was not bad but not amazing either. Was not mixed properly so sweet at the bottom and slightly bitter aftertaste (which is normal for green tea I guess- no options were given for tea).

What I did like was their plastic container and lid- it was a harder type of plastic which could be reused and better for the environment than the soft plastic ones that will be thrown out after one use. There were straws available for different sizes too.

Adorable little gem to find in that huge mall. Very very lovely staff, full of smiles all the way even though it was considerably busy at that time. They worked very fast and the bubble teas were absolutely amazing. Would say the prices are fair enough and their system works. Got the milk Caramel pearl one, but sofar the original one is my favourite. Also love the cups and the huge straws. Their menu has a ton of options that all look amazing. The product is quite nice, my friends and I really do enjoy the fruit teas. The thing I think needs to be worked on is the overall look of the store. I looks a bit dingy and dull. You have such a great opportunity to make it a colourful and almost whimsical space regardless of the size. It is completely unnoticeable.
