Despite other negative reviews (bad hygienic conditions, bad quality food), my parents and I were really satisfied and happy with this place. Just to have an idea, we went there for 5 dinners out of 5. The prices are cheaper rather than other restaurants and parrillas on the main street. The meat's quality is amazing, we were really astonished (and we ate meat in a lot of places). The atmosphere is really nice and familiar and the people working there are really friendly and helpful. They even offered us more food than we ordered (once they offered a big steak!!). I would recommend it to anyone! Estuvimos en Enero en una cabaña para 5. Desde la calle el complejo parece abandonado por su mal aspecto. La atención es mala, ya que no saben quiénes son los huéspedes de cada cabaña, e incluso no saben cuantos son. Cuando llegamos no nos recibió nadie, tampoco fueron a presentarse o consultar si necesitábamos algo en ningún momento. Nos enteramos cual era nuestra cabaña porque nos dejaron un papelito pegado en el vidrio de recepción. No cumplen con el recambio de sábanas y toallas al menos que lo solicites. La cabaña es chica para tantas personas. No tenes lugar para poner las valijas ni ropero para guardar algunas cosas de uso diario. Tampoco hay espacio destinado para colgar ropa que uno necesita lavar, ni si quiera para ropa interior. Las sábanas que usan para cubrir el colchón son en realidad sábanas para taparse, y chicas para el tamaño del colchón, por lo que siempre te levantabas destapado y con las sábanas todas salidas de su lugar. Era muy molesto. Cuando llegamos la canilla de la cocina perdía bastante agua, encima caliente, por lo que el termotanque permanecía en constante funcionamiento. Pensamos que la irían a arreglar en alguno de los días próximos, pero nos fuimos y seguía igual, al parecer sin intenciones de solucionarlo. Cabe destacar que con la "gotera" llenabamos botellas de 1.5lt en 3 minutos como mucho. Quisimos usar la cafetera que estaba en la cabaña pero no funcionaba. Otro detalle no menor es que en Booking (medio por el que reservamos), decía que había estacionamiento dentro del predio pero nos hicieron dejar la camioneta en la calle. Por suerte la ciudad es segura. No lo recomiendo, y menos si la estadía va a ser prolongada como la nuestra (7 días). Una recomendación para sus dueños/administradores: capacitense en atención al huésped y hospitalidad en general, o bien contraten gente capacitada que se encargue del correcto funcionamiento. We enjoyed our meal. The meat was great and the salad was ok. We were happy to overlook that because the guy running the place was really friendly. What really did bother us was that we waited nearly half an hour after we'd asked, to get the check so we could leave.
