AVISO LADRON / WARNING THIEFS !!!! (EN ; then ES)

I don’t complain a lot but several things for very very wrong and people needs to know that they are thiefs!!

What happened: 1/ they told us the bus was almost full and that we needed to buy « camas » for 268$ each (yes dollar ! Not ARS) == this was wrong, the bus was not full and we could have bought « semi cama » if we wanted 2/ when we discovered our seats it was actually « semi cama » == so we paid very expensive « cama » to have « semi cama » (approx 100$ difference …) = We feel robbed 3/ the bus was supposed to join El Chalten Bariloche in 24h == the bus just broken down in the middle of nowhere with no communication at all (Even when asked) , at the end +30h of bus (another bus finally took us) 4/ the the price and 30h of bus = no AC …. 5/ contractually we were eligible for a refound == no desk elsewhere that El chalten, and of course our several emails got 0 answers (playing dead with tourists in order to make us give up) …

I’m still waiting for an answer @ChaltenTravel ; and my companions will also provide their public opinions if we don’t have any answer soon

Ps: Nevertheless, congratulations to the driver who stopped to help a woman with a flat wheel in the middle of nowhere

¡No me quejo mucho, pero varias cosas están muy, muy mal y la gente necesita saber que son ladrones!

¿Qué pasó? 1/ nos dijeron que el autobús estaba casi lleno y que necesitábamos comprar "camas" por 268 $ cada una (¡sí, dólar! No ARS) == esto estaba mal, el autobús no estaba lleno y podríamos haber comprado "semi cama" si quisiéramos 2/ cuando descubrimos nuestros asientos, en realidad era "semi cama" ==, así que pagué muy caro "cama" para tener "semi cama" (aproximadamente 100 $ de diferencia ...) 3/ se suponía que el autobús se uniría a El Chalten Bariloche en 24h == el autobús simplemente se averió en medio de la nada sin ninguna comunicación (incluso cuando se le preguntó), al final +30h de autobús (otro autobús finalmente nos llevó) 4/ para el precio y 30 horas de autobús = sin aire acondicionado… 5/ contractualmente éramos elegibles para un reembo == ningún escritorio en otro lugar que El chalten, y por supuesto nuestros varios correos electrónicos para 0 respuestas (jugando a los muertos con los turistas para hacernos rendirnos) ...

Todavía estoy esperando una respuesta @ChaltenTravel ; y mis compañeros también proporcionarán sus opiniones públicas si no tenemos ninguna respuesta pronto

Terrible service. We wanted to buy bus tickets from El Calafate to Perito Moreno Glacier and even though our hostel had called the office and asked if we could buy tickets at them, the girl/young lady at the office lied to us and said there were no more tickets. She even yelled at us and turned her eyes. Later same day we came back and there was another guy at the office and he said there was plenty of tickets.
