Laborum Pizzeria is easily the best pizza joint in El Chalten, if not all of Southern Argentina! While they have a somewhat limited menu of pizza options (roughly 8 combinations of toppings plus the ability to do half and half) they specialize in excellence with extraordinarily delicious pizza. For a small fairly remote town such as El Chalten, their ingredients are outstanding, with an impressively high quality of toppings. The crust is inspired by classic Italian, Neapolitan flavors, but arguably improved upon with a crispy savory cheese sprinkle, and an impressive rise from the pan-style preparation. Best pizza in El Chaltén! Our favourite meal in town actually. So good we actually went twice. 1 pizza is enough to feed two people of average hunger and you can do half and half flavours! They have a weekly rotating special and vegetarian options. The pilsner on draft was very good 👌🏻

It was very warm inside due to the pizza ovens but they had hooks under the bar for coats. Very friendly wait staff, speedy service, and you can also order to takeaway! You can sit outside too if you prefer but those seats were always taken when we went.

Kann nicht verstehen, wieso diese Pizzeria 5 Sterne hat. Ich war schon in vielen Pizzerien, denen ich 5 Sterne geben würde, diese gehört jedoch nicht dazu.

Die Pizza trieft vor Fett - als ich ein Stück genommen habe, ist das Öl wortwörtlich aus der Pizza rausgeflossen und alles war komplett schmierig. Dazu ist die Auswahl sehr gering - kaum normale Pizzasorten (bzw. überall kaum Belagvariationen) und auf jeder einzelnen Pizza waren Oliven. Ich mag zwar Oliven, jedoch sehr viele Leute nicht (wie z.B. meine Freundin und noch weitere Gäste). Wenn zumindest das Personal nett und kompromissbereit wäre...

Klar kann man die Oliven weglassen, muss man bloß dem Personal sagen - und ich verstehe, dass es für das weglassen der Oliven natürlich keinen Preisnachlass gibt. Dass jedoch die Oliven nicht gegen Tomaten oder zumindest Basilikumblätter getauscht werden können, ist einfach sehr schwach. Letztenendes wurde die gewünschte Pizza OHNE Oliven für den gleichen Preis bestellt, aber tatsächlich wurde sie TROTZDEM mit Oliven an den Tisch geliefert. Klar, man kann sie eimfach runtertun, finde ich aber trotzdem schwach.

Manche reden hier von der besten Pizza der Stadt, ich finde sie mit Preisen von 20000-30000 Pesos für das, was man bekommt, maßlos überteuert und kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
