North Avenue by Stellar Hotels, Yerevan — Hotel in Yerevan

I am Staying now at this hotel, North Av Yerevan. I have booked 2 rooms since am travelling with family.||I checked-in yesterday at noon, after long hours of travelling. ||We went on a tour and at night i went to have a shower, the surprise came strong, this is because i didnt find any hot water.||I spoke to the reception, they said there is a technical problem and they are working on it. Promising that it will be back in 2 hours.||I went again on a stroll around the city. And came with a stronger surprise of no hot water.||I called again. Staff was rude and not helpful. Since it was almost midnight, i went to sleep dirty without a decent shower after a long day of travelling and longer day of touring in Armenia.||Today, the hot water was not still here. I spoke to the reception and i was claiming for a total refund of the 1st night. ||They said they will get back to me. Again, i went for a long day of touring in Armenia, coming back to the hotel enthousiastically to have a hot shower. SURPRISE, again staff came and informed me that they are working on it and hot water will be here by 9h00PM. This makes me bearing 2 full days of travelling without a decent shower. Definitly i did rapid cleaning in the morning with the freezing cold water, while risking a flue.||As i was becoming a bit furious, i asked for a refund of 2 nights from my entire stay of 4 nights. I informed them that if hot water is not here yet. Then i will need to leave, claiming for a total refund.||And here is the greater genius response from management. They said they can only refund me the 3 last nights of my booking, and they will need to charge the 1st night in case am cancelling and leaving the hotel.||Total absurd. This means that they want to charge the 1st night that was a total unconfort for me and my family.||This is a very expensive hotel. Not recommended for anyone. If you are reading this. Please cancell your booking and look for a more professional place to spend...

Visited this hotel as a family with a baby. |The suite we booked turned out to be much smaller than what we expected for the price payed, as there was almost no area to walk with an active one year old. The interior which was almost fully black did also not help, the windows were also darkened and very dirty which made our view to the well known Northern Avenue street quite unpleasant, unless we opened the windows for a much clearer view. ||Infront and next to the hotel were girls/hostesses with uniforms working (nor sure either part of MIS restaurant or staff of the hotel itself) who did not shy away to flirt with men who were walking in and out of the hotel. Also my husband was heavily and awkwardly being stared and trying to be talked to by a certain woman working here while he was standing infront of the hotel. It seems as if it gives the hilarious impression that any visitor who books for this hotel (which costs only around 100 dollars a night) must be a millionaire and this clearly attracts a certain crowd and even staffmembers of the hotel that like to behave in a shameless and unprofessional way. This is unacceptable. ||Luckily we had only booked for a few nights, but if you are booking for a week and you need your clothes to be washed for you, this will cost you almost 7 or 8 dollars per piece of clothing. We have stayed at much more luxurious hotels where this price was offered for a whole or small pile of clothing to be washed.
