General ambiance of apathy. Gor, our waiter, was obviously forced to be there. He was so resentful and unfriendly, just gave the impression that he didn’t want to work. Was so weird that I had the feeling that I was begging for the food.

Surely it doesn’t stop there. When we came in was 4-5 tables busy only. They forgot the order. Waited 50 minutes, every time when asking answer was yes we are preparing. My Mac&cheese, came actually after 40 minutes out of the kitchen. Thus started the journey of my poor dish. It stayed few minutes on an empty table, then another waiter brought it to the table where the order screen is. The lady took it then to the kitchen back. After few minutes it reappeared by someone and was given to the waitress again who brought it then to me. Informing my wife that her dish will come in 5 minutes.

Unfriendly, inexperienced. I asked for the manager, he came claiming he is, half way of my explanation he just left.

I asked for the bill, came with 10% service charge. I asked the waitress for such a bad service still service charge??? No answer

The croissants, pastries and food are good but the service is not good at all. Some of the servers are nice though but the hostesses don’t even greet and when you ask them something, they don’t like it and answer is a rude manner. The inside area is normally very crowded and very noisy, I couldn’t wait to have my food and leave as soon as I can. The croissants and pasta were really good and pricey. Coffee could be much better.

Updating my review since I can’t reply to the response from the owner: Thank you for your response. I might be mistaken with the position of the lady and she wasn’t a hostess, she was standing behind a stand as far as I remember on the right side before entering the hall in the back. But it’s not just about her, this place is quite over staffed yet doesn’t have good service, they look at you and see you and nobody greets you or approaches to see what you need, some cashiers weren’t nice either when I was getting croissants, macarons or coffee to go. There are a few nice staff members though. I don’t use Instagram or Facebook so I can’t contact you there. My last visit was most likely...

Not impressed. They bought my order which included an item not mentioned on the menu which I was allergic to. I nicely pointed this out.

The waiter and two other staff then chatted, smirked and looked at me. I am not sure if it was a derogatory conversation or not, but it certainly felt like it to me from their facial expressions.

A different waiter bought out the revised meal. I showed him the menu to indicate the extra item had not been listed with the other components and the picture didnt show it either. I said they had made me feel embarrassed for something that was not my fault.

The meal was ok. However an hour later i experienced diarrhea. I am not sure if it was the food/coffee....however this was all I had eaten that day.

I am an overseas visitor to Armenia and until yesterday i had only positive experiences of the country...
