Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan — Hotel in Yerevan

A truly beautiful 5 star boutique hotel located in the very centre of Yerevan. Me and my daughter stayed there twice, both times for a considerably long period of time and our experience has been beyond our expectation. Superb conditions, very friendly, approachable and welcoming staff. ||||The rooms were exceptionally clean, luxuriously decorated, gym, spa, massage rooms - everything of highest standard and everything you would really need. ||||The restaurant, located on the 11th floor, was also beautifully decorated, the food was delicious, the restaurant staff welcoming. Truly Armenian hospitality!||||We stayed in separate suites with a door between the two as well as entrance doors. Mine was probably the bigger one with a king size bedroom, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and a huge lounge with a little kitchenette/dining area. Very spacious and luxuriously decorated, it does feel as if you are in a real palace.||||I highly recommend this special hotel in the heart of Yerevan city and would like to thank all for making us feel at home...

Poor service,dishonest , disappointing and no value for money. This hotel’s standard is not more than 2-3 stars B&B. I paid £390 for 2 nights which is very expensive for such a cheap city like Yerevan. I emailed them 1 month in advance and requested a transport from airport for my guest ( niece). They confirmed the booking and send me the estimated charges which I accepted although it was far more than upper range transport costs from airport in Yerevan , just because I wanted my niece who was arriving late evening to be safe in a foreign country. But the hotel transport hadn’t turn up and when I contacted them and made official complaint they were dishonest about it. Also, as you can see from the pictures, the shower was dirty and tab hose was broken and leaking. Very poor quality room...

We booked a Junior Suite for a week at Golden Palace Hotel and we had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, walking distance to the Republic Square and to the top restaurants and shops in Yerevan. ||||Our room had a beautiful view of the Abovyan street leading to the Republic Square. The staff were very friendly and always eager to help (Kristina, Davit and everyone else working here were very nice and friendly to us). The breakfast in bed was excellent, one of the best parts of staying in Golden Palace. ||||If you book a room here, make sure you take advantage of their SPA and the Hot Water pool!||||Overall, I give them 5 stars and would 100%...
