After recommending this place to our friends because of our first great experience I was very disappointed. I can only account for my own experience. So, after waiting for a prolonged time to get the first drinks , the rest of the drinks came in a good time. We ordered food on the iPad (love it no problem). After about 20 mins the first meal came out for one of the people. The next meals for everyone else didn’t come out for another 15-20mins. Unfortunately I and another person ordered the pork belly so we had to wait a further 15min for her meal. The waiter asked if that was all and we informed him that we were still a meal down(pork belly). After watching the staff run around to try and find the order, so instead of the manager or someone senior coming and acknowledging that the meal was missed they sent the youngest person on staff to say it will be 5min. 15min later everyone was finished their meals mine turned up, obviously rushed and no where near the quality of the other pork belly presented at the table earlier. Also , extras ordered never turned up but were charged for. Not the best experience to be had this time, also very disheartening to watch other tables being served their food before us even though they were not even in the restaurant before we ordered. Extremely underwhelming food and service! It's rare that I feel compelled to write a negative review but in this case it's deserved. We sat down and had to ask for menus. The burrito bowl came out first which was ok, but we then waited about 15 minutes. We waved down one of the young servers. She told us she'd check on our meals. Another 5 minutes went by and she never came back to update us so I had to firm ask her to check again before the rest of our meals arrived. The calamari was spicy but no flavour. Similarly, the pork belly lacked seasoning and was just 'blah'. The young girl serving us never even asked how our meals were. Basic service 101. Some hospitality training would go a long way as the staff had NO personality or warmth when greeting us. Oh, and they didn't even have to take our order because we had to order via a tablet. Felt a bit like an RSL except for the prices. Sad, as it looked nice from the street. Seems I'm not alone as I've noted similar comments from other patrons. Wish I had read the reviews before dining here. Hope the owners do more than pay lip service to...

I tried this place for the first time as I believe it’s one of the newer restaurants in the area. We ordered the nachos, beef tacos, chimichangas and jalapeño poppers. I highly recommend the beef nachos it has to be the best nachos I’ve eaten in a long time !! I would come back again just for the nachos alone. Overall food was really good, if you like jalapeño poppers these ones were a bit different compared to the usual style but still very very good. We also ordered the spicy margaritas and wow they just hit the spot, I think they are the best spicy margaritas I’ve had so far. Only issue I encountered was upon arrival we had made a booking but the staff had us standing waiting for about 15 minutes before we were seated, they had two members approach us but still didn’t seat us for a while after. However despite that the colours and decorations of this place made for a really fun vibe. We had a great time and haven’t had Mexican food that good in a little while so definitely check this...
