Not told we would have to wait an hour .. watched two other people get upset about their wait time . Understand it is Xmas time so we die t get upset with staff . Very unorganised and one woman staff was yelling at a customer when he was not yelling at her .. he just wanted his money back . She was too aggressive . We asked about our food and was told it was coming now .. it came another 10 mins later .. we waited a total of 1hour and 15 mins . When our breakfast came out my bacon was hardly cooked and I had asked and confirmed twice ordering that can it be crispy . Yes no problem they said . Well I then said im not eating this and want money back . My partner ate and paid for his but I was left with nothing . Begrudgingly gave me my money back for my meal . Dreadful especially when the customer she was yelling at finally yelled...

Full disappointment NOT recommended at all, Side fries $4 and you get them on same plate with food and no more than 15 pieces also hallumi cheese $4 and just one very tiny slice hard to see on plate mushrooms for $3 in little cup with full of juice on bottom do not order any side they are not good at all OVERPRICED. None of the stuff was smiling at all. They should be more welcoming. I paid all together $58 for pretty much nothing more than full of avocado couple of slices bread as hard as rock I paid for extra slices of bread which came the smallest slices seriously ridiculous and two cups of coffee which we could not drink half because of full of foam(latte doesn't mean half foam in glass). Do not waste your money better get a coffee and sandwich from 7-Eleven for...

Had the salmon on toast. The bread was really bad in taste, didn’t eat the whole thing. Highly overpriced for what you get. All our meals came out separately, with one much later than the other two. Vego breakfast was average, big breakfast was ok but also overpriced for what it is. We had a side of chips and even those were below average... Staff was friendly though. Didn’t have coffee there, as we didn’t trust it was going to be any better than the food. I just think you can’t charge that much if you’re not going to serve better food. We all left disappointed and still hungry after spending nearly $20 each without drinks. Didn’t get the chance to say anything because they were busy so our table didn’t...

The staff said the chefs wouldn't cook poached eggs for my son's bacon and eggs, he had to have fried or scrambled. So needless to say he didn't like either- so only ate the bacon. The hollandaise sauce expires at 11:30am, and this you can't order it which is fine however not written on the menu that this is the case. The staff aren't very accommodating to be honest. I get it I've worked in hospitality however when a customer wants to order and your just saying no without offering a solution not great. Food was excellent however the kids menu was 3 items, non of which my son eats! Great view, great coffee, bit sad that they don't accommodate a simple swap to poached eggs for kids!

Excellent cafe right on the beach at Kirra. We stayed here for a week and decided this was the best Coffee. They served Byron Bay Coffee which was first class Great array of food and smoothies too - especially the Super Green Smoothie as per the pictures - has everything possible green in it. Mushroom Burger with Halloumi on Brioche bun with sweet potato chips was excellent. The Kirra Smashed Avo was also first class. All day bacon and eggs superb with eggs perfectly cooked. Staff are really helpful and it open early at 5:30am because everyone is up at that hour doing their running - biking - exercising etc etc Great place, popular with the locals Highly recommended.

Nice place for breaky. A bit windy and cool on the day we visited, but can't blame the Cafe for that. Wife had the mini eggs benny, which she is still raving about. My daughter had the French toast and for $18 I thought "It better be bloody good", and it was. 2 huge slices of French toast covered in banana, mixed berries, and maple syrup. I has the egg and bacon roll which was ok. 2 things that put me off - the roll was a brioche bun, which I'm not keen on, and the egg was hard cooked. Nothing better than a runny egg on a roll, especially if you've opted for no sauce. Not show stoppers. Still recommend coming here.
