Despite its convenient location, this hotel falls short in many aspects. Unfortunately, the rooms lack proper soundproofing, causing disturbances that make it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The constant noise from passing cars, conversations at the reception, footsteps on the wooden flooring, and even your neighbor closing their bathroom door can be heard all too clearly. It's disappointing to have to endure such disruptions throughout the night, which is why I would suggest exploring other options and investing a bit more for a tranquil sleep elsewhere.||||During my two-night stay, I encountered an issue with the night staff at the reception. To my surprise, the person in charge appeared to be asleep at his desk. When I approached him for an extra pillow and blanket, I was curtly informed that the hotel was fully booked and nothing was available at that late hour. Even when I expressed my disappointment and mentioned his rudeness, he simply asked me to leave. However, the following day, the hotel supervisor went out of their way to rectify the situation. They not only offered a reduction in room rates but also managed to provide me with an alternate room.||||While I appreciate the effort made by the hotel supervisor to make up for the unpleasant encounter, I still cannot overlook the inadequate soundproofing and the initial poor service I experienced.
