Biblioteka Baku — Local services in Baku City

We had such a great time at Biblioteka! The atmosphere is unique and vibrant, with amazing music (a bit loud, but it fits the vibe). The book-themed décor is so creative, shelves, doorways and displays of books everywhere really give the place character. The cocktails are absolutely fantastic, easily some of the best we’ve tried, and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The design of the place is good, but the service is terrible. I ordered an alcoholic drink ( the guy took the order) that guy forgot about it, had to remind about my drink to another employee (woman), then she hastily prepares my drink and once I taste it all i can feel is some kind of cologne scent and taste that was so overwhelming that i barely drank it. Mind you, i was with two of my friends who took a sip from the drink just to confirm how bad it was. Chicken...

The place is intended to be cozy and a welcoming.

It feels like the staff are enjoying their job and they belong to the place. Which makes it a lot welcoming than most places in Baku. That's probably why many comments mistake it with a bad service. I'd rather call it unique kind of service.
