Lviv Handmade Chocolate Tarqovaya — Restaurant in Baku City

This place has a special place in my heart because of everything chocolaty it offers and i have visited it for years, HOWEVER my last visit here was not good at all.

The desserts were still tasty, but the way the staff was behaving was a disaster. They were very overworked, were not smiling or helpful at all, because they had a lot to do and were stressed. They were also complaining about their work and about not getting tips (it was a private conversation between staff, they were not talking to us or about us, but they were near our table and were talking about that loudly, which ruined the whole atmosphere). It was not nice to hear, because the cafe already charges 10% service fee, so why should customers leave extra tips?
