I had an excellent experience staying at Pearlhouse Apartments. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The team is incredibly professional, responsive, and friendly, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable.

I would like to give a special mention to Osman, who truly stood out with his exceptional service. He was always available, attentive to every detail, and consistently willing to help with anything I needed—no matter how big or small. His warm attitude and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home.

Unfortunately very disappointed. I arrived late at night, around midnight, and was met with a lack of hospitality right from the start. When I asked about a better rate or some flexibility due to the late hour, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful. He basically told me to check in booking app and that no special rates would be offered, all while appearing busy and not welcoming at all. This lack of courtesy was especially disappointing given that I had stayed at this hotel before and had a much better experience.

Sadly, I ended up leaving and booking another hotel because of how I was treated. I won’t be returning in the future, and I hope the hotel takes this...

Our stay at the Pearlhouse Bahrain was absolutely exquisite and we had a luxurious experience. From the moment my family and I arrived, the staff was welcoming and incredibly friendly making us feel at home. Ms. Nada from reception was very helpful. Our room had the best view of the Harbour with a modern design, comfortable bedding and was very clean. Located in Manama, we had an easy time wondering the city. Its walking distance to all the major attractions such as the Avenue Mall enhanced our stay in Bahrain. I highly recommend Pearlhouse Bahrain and we'll make sure to come back on...
