Expo Hotel — Hotel in Plovdiv

Its an average hotel next to a busy road The room is very small for the price compared to other hotels in the area at night you hear some noise from Ac outside or something that swithes of and on making some humming noise My experience of their service was not pleasant When I wanted to return my rented car in the same street around 9.30 i passed the reception and greeted went to my car but coudnt exit, the reception girl came and asked if i was checking out ? I said no ...obviously ...then she asked/ the room key I gave it to her and it felt like they mistrusted me so later i asked her if any guest may leave the hotel with the key she said no ...they always want the key from any guest leaving the hotel at any time ...is this true ? I dont know. But i didnt like it I would recommed hotel ego same area/price bigger room better service or hotel atlas in the center much better for same price also Enjoy...

We stayed for 4 nights (2 rooms)||This hotel is very well situated: Easily to find it by car, facing a wide boulevard, easy to walk some hundred meters to the historic centre and to the shopping area, where many restaurants and bars are available.|| The hotel provides his own parking area (about 10 slots). The design is moderm, the rooms are a bit tiny but comfortable, The shower facilities have to be improved, so that water leaves the bathroom.|| Cleaning was the mosly ready before end of breakfast time! Breakfast itself could be better, coffee was provided by automate and sometimes wasn't warm.|| The ladies at the reception desk speak fluently english and are very helpful, even also when there was a problem with the...

Hotel very well located, near the pedestrian area which is about 10 minutes walk. Very clean, looks like it was recently refurbished. Private parking is available which is definitely an advantage if you have a car. After 7.30pm there is no English speaking staff at the hotel but the gentleman who does the night shift is brilliant. always smiling, very nice and willing to help you with everything even with language difficulties. Professional and makes you feel like you are at home. There is an elevator in the hotel. I paid 270 leva for two nights...
