Delivery only so I can't speak to the place or the service. Ordered through Grab. Delivery time was speedy but the disappointment was as well.

Go to Grab or their Googlemaps site and look at pictures for the spicy jalapeno burger. Looks amazing, doesn't it? I said to myself, that's what I want - something blisteringly spicy and delicious. But see what I received. Really, the picture doesn't do it full justice.

The burger patty was ungainly large, far exceeding the bun which, with proper condiment distribution can be a wonderful thing! But this was not the case. The patty was very thin and a bit dry, overcooked and crumbling apart. The bun was very soft but admittedly did hold up to the burger and condiments well.

Condiments were glopped in the center of the burger and not spread around adequately given the size of the burger as a whole. Guacamole was quite brown rather than pleasingly bright green - possibly due to delivery and the warmth of the burger. Pickled jalapenos were OK but I didn't detect any red chilis. There were an awkward couple of tomatoes which are not mentioned in the product description at all. The net effect was more disappointing than lackluster.

Onion rings were thin and small and - due to delivery - not hot and not crispy. Flavor was OK but these were mass produced, frozen onion rings rather than something made in shop. They gave a respectable portion of them though, which is a bonus.

Packaging seemed quasi-environmentally friendly which is a bonus. Coca Cola was cold.

I hate giving bad reviews, but then again I also hate getting bad food. Just remember to distinguish between one bad meal and trash-talking an establishment as a whole. Reviews overall are very positive for this place so maybe I just got...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger Shack in Phnom Penh, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! As a burger enthusiast, I can confidently say that this place serves some of the best burgers in the city.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that every detail of our dining experience was perfect.

Now, let's talk about the food. The burgers are simply out of this world! Each bite was a burst of flavor, with perfectly seasoned patties that were juicy and cooked to perfection. The buns were fresh and soft, holding together all the delicious ingredients without getting soggy. I opted for the Shack Burger, which was a delightful combination of premium beef, melted cheese, crispy bacon, and fresh veggies. The homemade sauces added an extra layer of deliciousness that truly set their burgers apart.

The sides were equally impressive. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the onion rings were golden and crunchy. I also appreciated the variety of drink options available, including some great local craft beers that paired perfectly with the meal.

The cleanliness and decor of the restaurant were top-notch, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance that made me feel...

I've been in twice now in the space of about 5 days. Lovely little place on Pasteur Street (St. 51), full of soul. Luke, the proprietor gives a warm and friendly reception to all who enter, and his staff are a really nice crew who know how to make a delicious and nutritious burger, whether it's beef (Australian) or Seitan (a very tasty vegetarian option that's been on limited offer).

The double cheese burger I had on my first visit was lovely. Prepared in-house and cooked to perfection, served on a fresh bun with also clearly fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions too, along with relishes.

The meal option is well-priced, which guarantees fries and a drink (including Cambodia draft beer on tap), and the meals are priced between $5.00 and $7.50.

What makes Burgershack special is the genuine warmth of the reception and the appreciation of your custom there. It's genuine, sincere, no fake la-la happy, just a genuinely nice guy running the whole shebang and a lovely crew alongside him. Thank you Luke, and thanks as well for the loyalty card (5 burgers bought = 1 free drink and 10 = 1 free burger). I'll be back again, and again,...

I first discovered Burgershack in the Cambodian city of Kampot. I was thrilled to hear that they had also opened a restaurant in Phnom Penh. The one in Kampot is great, but the one here is even better and is truly the best burger joint in Phnom Penh. I don't know where they get their beef, but it sure tastes like the quality I'm used to back in America. The burger is juicy, cooked to perfection and the ratio of meat to bread and condiments is in harmonious perfection. And don't forget to order the onion rings as they are the perfect kind of crispy, salty and sweet that proper rings should be. The owners are great and some of the friendliest people around and you can really see that in how they treat their staff as well. The vibe inside is unique and truly their own. If you're anywhere near the BKK1 area in Phnom Penh, Burgershack is a must visit.
