Maison Arnica Hotel & Restaurant — Hotel in Khan Boeng Keng Kang

Maison Arnica is my Cambodia home forever! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone staying in Phnom Penh. The central location makes it very easy to explore the interesting city. The FREE daily laundry service leaves more time to explore this interesting place and the FREE daily breakfast is tasty and has a nice selection of choices. ||The rooms are all you need for a comfortable stay. They are air-conditioned and cleaned daily. The outdoor dining area is so peaceful, surrounded by nature. We loved to hang out there most evenings for cheap beer and cheap, delicious cocktails. The roof is a great location if you want to be alone, very quiet and not many people use it. ||I actually based myself at Maison Arnica and left my belongings there while I stayed at another location one weekend. I felt extremely comfortable with my belongings at Maison Arnica. You are treated like family, and nothing is too difficult for them. My friend told me that while I was away that weekend, they actually asked about me; that is a lovely feeling when you are staying in a foreign country.||We had a group of friends staying at a hotel about 50 metres away on the same street, known to be more expensive and fancy, BUT my friends preferred our hotel (some even tried to change to ours) because Heng and his amazing staff are just so incredibly kind, fun and friendly. We hung out at Maison Arnica often, and the staff knew everyone by name; it was such a beautiful and safe place. I cannot wait to go back with my wife, I miss all of the friendly faces at...

At Maison Arnica, you are welcomed like family whether it is your first trip or a return trip. I have stayed at this excellent hotel many times since 2012. In fact, I am in Southeast Asia for over a month this time, and stayed here three separate times for a few days each time. ||The staff are friendly, helpful, caring, attentive. Breakfast on the verandah is a delight. The restaurant is open from 6 am to 10 pm every day, serving excellent traditional Khmer food, along with many International selections - and all of it is delicious!||The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Each room is equipped with a large TV and a safe; and there is excellent WiFi available throughout the hotel. Just to give well deserved praise to Arnica (the former PP institution Anise – rebranded and now under management of owning family). Excellent genuine customer service and good and affordable food. They helped resolve a potentially very challenging and expensive issue when we were there last night – so grateful for going beyond. |Arnica is still a wonderful peaceful oasis in the heart of BBK1 – a great place to dine, just have drink or hold informal meetings without overpowering load music, shielded by greenery but at a crossroads so plenty of chance to watch the world go by.
