This was a lovely and cosy place to stay, despite the noise levels at times.
We stayed here for 9 nights, the pool was always clean and fun to use and our room was cool and clean, with a mini fridge, kettle and tv.
Pros:
Lovely garden and pool area.
Clean and cool room, with free bottles of water each time they clean.
The TV is okay, Cartoon Network is one of the only English channels.
The staff were efficient and helpful.
Cons:
It can be loud during the day due to a school right opposite.
I’m not sure if it’s ‘haunted’, we heard many strange noises at night.. but we like spooky things, so this didn’t matter!
We didn’t like the Tuk-tuk people would sit at reception and always ask us about our plans or if we’d like a Tuk-tuk.
Their ‘bar’ was non existent there was no where to ‘relax’ other than the pool or the hotel room.
Our sink leaked quite a bit.
It didn’t seem many people were staying here as they are ‘out of season’, our room was nice despite the view onto a mental tin roof. I’d have liked the balcony room which overlooked the garden and pool, it didn’t seem occupied the entire 9 days we were there.
I’d stay here again, but it would be nice to at least stock up your drinks fridge. I’ve also emailed reception as I lost something and yet to hear a response to it they found it. But thank you for accommodating...
Read moreFriendly helpful staff, they even gave us a free pick up from the airport. The pool is small but nice, there's a nice aesthetic to the building too. The rooms are clean but for me personally the mattresses are just way too hard. It's common for mattresses to be hard in south East Asia but this was on the harder end. Just putting it out there for others like me who base their stay at places based on how comfortable / soft a mattress is. (And as a reference for my credentials - I've been staying in Vietnam for 4 years). But other then that it's a lovely stay, especially...
Read moreOasis of tranquility In the midst of the noisy city its a good place to find calmness... The Staff is very friendly - the room was spacious and looked newly renovated. It has enough power outlets (that might sound odd... but in lot of hotels you have to crawl under tables or they just do not work...). The wifi is fast (another plus as i need to work in a hotel room... no problem with VPN connections ... (also not common...). The light in the room is bright (some hotels might have the need to save money...) and the matress was fine... I will...
