Curry Walla in Siem Reap was an absolute culinary highlight of our trip! We'd heard so many great things about it, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, a little bit tucked away but easy enough to find using Google Maps.
We decided to order a few dishes to share, and the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu and suggesting spice levels.
For our mains, we absolutely had to try the famous Butter Chicken, and it did not disappoint! It was incredibly creamy, rich, and flavourful, with tender pieces of chicken and a sauce that was just the right balance of sweet and savory. We also ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, which was another winner. The chicken was beautifully cooked, and the sauce had a wonderful depth of flavour with a pleasant kick of spice (we asked for medium, and it was perfect for us). To accompany the curries, we ordered both plain and garlic naan, and both were freshly baked, soft, and perfect for soaking up every last bit of the delicious sauces.
Throughout the meal, the service was consistently excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to answer our questions or refill our water glasses. They genuinely seemed to care about our dining experience. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. We felt it was excellent value for money.
Oh and one more thing... Mango...

You know my way I don't do bad reviews about any place, but I will open iception exception about the Curry Walla.
Just to let it clear the food is really good I'm not mixing the points but the attendants are quite impolite, not in a way to tell you something bad but in a way that makes you uncomfortable and with the wish to leave the place as fast as you can.
For two situations I went to the restaurant around 9:00 and I asked if it's possible to eat there or should be better take away and they told me okay no problem, the first time it was okay, I just asked them to put the small things to take away and it was okay.
The second time was terrible when I arrived there I asked it clearly if it was possible to eat there or it was better to take away. They told me, sure, it's okay you can eat here, welcome, around 30 minutes after they they were almost kicking me out the place they don't even order the things that I asked to eat, pretending that they are deaf, the situation was so disgusting that I left the food there in went home.
Sorry, you can have a good food and a food price, but it's not all. You should at least like to be kind with your...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Curry Walla and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for an unforgettable meal. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.
The menu is a treasure trove of authentic Indian cuisine, offering a wide variety of dishes that cater to all taste. For the main course, we tried the Chicken Tikka Masala and the chicken korma. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, with the spices balanced beautifully to enhance, not overpower, the natural flavors of the meat.
The naan bread was soft and fresh, the perfect accompaniment to the rich and aromatic curries. We also appreciated the extensive vegetarian options, which were just as delicious and thoughtfully prepared.
Curry Walla is a gem in the heart of the city, offering an authentic taste of India with exceptional service and a warm ambiance. We can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a truly memorable...
