Master Suki Soup — Restaurant in Siem Reap

The broth is what I love the most. Fried rice here is also very good.

I've been here couple of times and the staff has been overly nice however one day... I know it is during Khmer new year but this one old man who I think is a staff or a manager of the place whom I asked if we could get a take out.

And oh how rude this man was, yes I may have been wet by the water guns and not look nice but he ignored my answer no, he did not even try to understand what I was saying. I presume he does not know English because he showed us the close sign even though it said it's open.

I would have been close to putting this on 2 stars but there are still good things...

First time having Suki soup, but this place has a very nice location in siem reap. Very busy road, lots to choose from. Stepping inside, the employees were very welcoming and attentive. The menu is very big, so you can choose whatever meat or veggie you want to put in your soup. It's like hot pot. We decided to get seafood mix a and veggie mix a, just to make it easier, totaling about $19 for 3 people. Food in Cambodia is cheap in general. Siem Reap has many good restaurants and options when it comes to food, but if you want to find a place to try hotpot or soup (with variety vegies and meats) to fill your energy after a long day exploring temples I highly recommend to try this place. It is very popular among local people because it's healthy, clean and the taste is very good especially the source with fresh chili and garlic.
