Le Grande Indochine Hotel is the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve landed exactly where you were meant to be, even if you didn’t know you were looking for it.||From the moment you step into the lobby, everything feels calm, elegant, and genuinely cared for. The staff welcome you with real smiles, not rehearsed ones, and within minutes you stop feeling like a guest and start feeling like someone they’ve been waiting for. Luna and her team have a natural way of making perfection look effortless.||My room was spotless and bright, with that fresh scent that instantly relaxes you. Every detail showed intention, soft pillows, crisp sheets, balanced lighting, perfect temperature. The balcony view had a quiet charm that made me pause just to breathe it in.||The pool was calm and pristine, like something out of a film, and breakfast was simply exceptional, strong aromatic coffee, beautifully prepared local dishes, and an atmosphere that made it hard to leave.||What impressed me most was the energy of the people. It’s that rare kind of hospitality you can’t fake, when they bring you a towel before you ask, remember your breakfast preference by the second morning, and ask how you’re feeling because they actually care.||Le Grande Indochine isn’t just a hotel. It’s a reset button for the mind, a place that recharges you and makes you promise yourself you’ll come back.||If you’re in Siem Reap and want a stay that blends comfort, soul, and quiet...
Read moreTotal absence of communication and client service. The point was to put an amazing new tourist book, fully dedicated to Cambodia, on consignment for the clients. After 2 full months (for a simple book; I cannot imagine if I was an investor...), to get this answer from the manager: "we are not interested in your book". First, all the places I have met are despairing at not seeing enough tourists. Second, wouldn't be relevant to let the clients decide by themselves if they think this book intersting or not? Third, the King of Cambodia himself has praised my book and think it useful to help to promote the country. In short, you are very shameful and, based on this experience, I cannot imagine the poor service provided to your clients. And I don't say that because I myself have a strong experience in high luxury hotels. New hotel to avoid ! They wasted my time and they will waste yours. There are plenty of other very good worth hotels...
Read moreAbsolutely loved my stay at Le Grande Hotel! I was here on a business trip but wanted some downtime too and this place delivered perfectly. The staff were super friendly and always smiling, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, nicely furnished, and surprisingly cozy. The bed setup was so beautiful it honestly looked like a honeymoon room! If you can, book a balcony room it’s worth it. I enjoyed watching local street life from above, and it’s peaceful at night. The rooftop gym is a gem (great views while exercising!), and the pool is just right for relaxing after a busy day. The hotel is in a great location close to Siem Reap’s main spots, restaurants, and shops. Only minor thing: I didn’t get my coffee and tea packs on the first day, but the rest of the service made up for it easily. Would definitely come back, 5 stars for comfort, hospitality, and...
