Lotus Haven Villa — Hotel in Siem Reap

We booked the Lotus Haven Villa for 3 days from Mar 10th to Mar12th,2025 and enjoyed our stay so much we stayed on for an extra day!|The owner (Arthur) and his staff are delightful. Very welcoming, accommodating, helpful and charming.|And very knowledgeable about the area – always willing to answer questions and point us in the right direction|They also do bookings for tuk-tuks and entertainment, ensuring good service and that we end up at the right place.|Both Arthur and his assistant speak English, so communication is easyl||The Facilities are great – the room was very comfortable, the breakfast provided is cooked to order and excellent, and the pool is delightful |after a hot day visiting Angkor Wat. Wifi is very good and the TV accepts FireStick! ||The location is very good – an easy walk to the main street and Pub street. ||In other reviews, the Lotus Haven Villa has been called a hidden gem and we concur.|It is a bit difficult to find, so we would suggest that you call the hotel – the staff will direct your taxi...

We arrived very early morning from an overnight bus, Arthur and his staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. They prioritised our room and we were quickly settled in. We had a breakfast and a few of the unlimited teas and coffees available. Tucked away down a little lane 5 minutes walk from the Walking (Pub/ Beer) street and local markets, yet such a quiet and tranquil hotel. We were helped with booking shows, sorting best destinations and times, lots of information, they have fantastic and friendly customer focus. The hotel is small, very comfortable, there is a plunge pool, so welcome after a day of exploring either the city or the many temples. Breakfast is western style, nice bread, eggs, cheese, ham, butter, preserves, again tea and coffee unlimited. In an evening,actually any time, if you don't want the walking street there is an inexpensive bar in the entrance courtyard. Cannot recommend highly enough to all travellers. Great place 😀 Very nice hotel - from central location (just round the corner from pub street - but because it's in the alley off the main street it's still nice and quiet). Rooms are great - from comfortable beds, clean bathrooms to the swimming pool. Mini bar in every room and good AC. And tasty breakfast. Bar have lots of different options of drinks and western alcohols. The whole staff and especially the owner -Artur - are super friendly and helpful.
