NOR restaurant — Restaurant in Siem Reap

Nice, clean place, the waitress speaks english, very polite and helpful. The food is delicious, the prices are not cheap in comparison to the next door restaurants. The picture on the menu does not match with the dishes were served. My husband ordered noodles, vegetables and meat (at least it was shown in menu), but he failed with finding meat. I ordered (again based on the picture) vegetables with meat. but they brought minced meat with onions, there was no cucumber, tomato and pepper. Portions are not very big, no free water (service water) If you buy water, it's definitely overpriced in comparison to other venues in the city. As a result, the bill turned out to be a bit higher as we expected. So in spite of good service and acceptable meal we were rather disappointed...

We have been there this morning and the place looks nice and the staff too however the food was not that good. We ordered a grilled chicken and the food came cold and did not taste well. I believe it was an old chicken that they fried or heated up from the previous day. At the end of the day, we paid for something that we had not had. We wasted 14, 50 dollars plus our time so I DO NOT recommend this place. So food was 0 the service was 0 too because they did charge us for something we haven't had despite the waiters...

The staff very kindly invites you in from the street, but once you are in, they are a bit out of their depth. Service is polite but extremely slow. If they forget an order, it is a bit of a struggle to get it. On the plus side, it's inexpensive and there may be cute dance shows for entertainment. The worst part is definitely the food. Tiny portions, terrible food. Not even value-for-money, you can get so much better food at the same price...
