Klondike Kate's Cabins — Hotel in Dawson City

Cabins just as seen in the photos on line other than the two queen bed cabin we were in there was no table and chairs as there wasn’t room I guess. Didn’t affect us as there were just two of us. Beds were comfy and linens were nice and soft. No air conditioning but there was a ceiling fan and floor standing fan. No hairdryer in room but Josee quickly provided one when I asked for one. Cabins are well placed at the end of town only a short walk to most of the bars restaurants and historic buildings. The on site restaurant has closed but others are close by. Josee also very kindly drove us to the airport for our return flight and we enjoyed a great chat as we travelled. These cabins aren’t plush but I don’t think there is such a thing in Dawson. We Stayed at Klondike Kates in Cabin number 1 and we loved it. Very clean, quiet, welcoming and paired with a nice, relaxing atmosphere. ||||Our cabin was really well equipped with fridge, microwave, fan, and lots of space for our bags and gear. Even has a little deck/patio to enjoy the seemingly never-ending sun. ||||Quaint and cozy vibes. We stayed in a cabin July 2022 for 3 nights - wish it had been longer! Josee the owner went above and beyond in helping us! So kind, friendly and welcoming. The cabins are super cute, very clean and well equipped. The area the cabins are in was quiet. Loved having outside space to sit and take in the sights and sounds of Dawson. The cabins are perfectly located just a couple of blocks back from Tourist Info and you can easily walk anywhere in Dawson from the cabin.
