This is a modern high-rise hotel located about 8 mins walk from the Metro station. There is a small roof-top pool, and three small but fast elevators. The check-in and check-out processes are smooth and credit card friendly. The hotel staff are very friendly and efficient, both in the front desk and also in the restaurant. Response to emails was very fast. Most speak passable English. The breakfast spread is good, and regularly replenished. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Very soft pillows, and excellent sleep quality. I was given an office studio room, which meant that there was a bed which could be folded into the wall, revealing a work table and lots of floor space. However, the bed looked far to heavy to even try this out, and I had to do my on-line meetings and laptop work sitting on the couch. Check out the availability of a table if you want to do a lot of work with a laptop. The office studio room was equipped with a micro-wave, hot-plate, electric kettle, refrigerator, cups, plates, glasses (including wine glasses), but no supplies of tea bags, coffee pouches or sugar. No snacks or soft drinks in the room, either. The lighting consultant for the hotel has probably never stayed in a hotel, because the corridors are completely dark at night - the lights are all of the proximity type and switch on when one approaches, but till then the corridors (which have black walls) are pitch dark. The light switches next to the bed are also challenging to reach, being well set inside a shelf type recess (see picture), and one needs to be a minor gymnast to reach the switches, particularly if the room is dark. Only one complimentary bottle of water was provided during my six day stay, and there were no amenities like tooth-paste or brush, etc. Overall, a good place to stay and reasonable value for money.

I stayed in this hotel in June 2022. The hotel itself is quite nice, easy to find, and well located. The surrounding area is great, full of bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the metro, shopping mall, or other places of interest. The reception staff were very helpful, offering tips and help when needed, including booking transfers and assisting in the room when I needed assistance. The room is nice, quite large with good amenities including a small kitchen area, some seats, and a soft bed. The bathroom is well lit and has enough room. The only downsides of this hotel is that the room was not very well clean, with the walls and doors very dirty, such as in my picture. The bed and the towels were also cleaned with bleach, which is good - it means they’re clean! But they also completely smelled like bleach, so sleeping at night on the pillows meant it smelled of bleach constantly. The breakfast offering was also very limited. Overall, a very nice hotel that I would recommend, especially because the price was very good, and the location is excellent.

We stayed here January 2023. The hotel was clean and overall well equipped. We did enjoy the rooftop pool and the rooms had every thing we needed. It was also central and allowed us to access what we wanted in Santiago. My one comment is they didn’t come at all to clean our room the whole 4 days we were there. Otherwise we would recommend it…. Especially the overhead showers.
