The experience cannot be rated and it would be a minus score and please keep away. From the moment we arrived to the moment we couldn’t leave fast enough it was a shambles. If I say the room is basic that is inflating what it really is. We were not offered with any help and my wife had to carry suitcases down stairs on her own as I was attending to the other luggage. We were meet with a document stating that the hotel is not responsible for any losses in the room and we had no choice but to sign. When we got to the allocated room it could not be locked so we attempted to contact the front desk( no instructions on what number to call) so we had to physically go back downstairs and request someone to attend . So 2 different individuals came and accepted that the door could not be locked so we requested another room. That was granted but we them had to take the towels from the first room to the new allocated one. |I could ramble on about the other incidents but in short, toilet did not flush, having a shower intermittently the cold water would stop thus you were scolded with hot water, linen - pillow cases were yellow and stained, room made up one day and no towels left so again had to chase up, no smoke alarms in the room (safety issue) , tv had 5 channels which 5 were cartoons, no water supplied , no soap and room is small for 2 travellers and continually bump into each other and let’s say the best was left to the end when the front desk refused to call us a taxi and we had to carry our luggage 500m around the corner to get one. Fabulous hotel in the Providencia area. Really well located close to great restaurants and shopping. Hotel offered a great hot and cold breakfast, offering a good selection for my gluten free / lactose free husband!||||The hotel had free tea, coffee and water available all day from the reception area which was a nice touch.||||Particularly liked the pool and terrace area - a real oasis and great to have a dip and catch the afternoon sun after a busy few hours sightseeing and exploring the city.||||Hotel offered a scheme that if you chose not to have your room serviced every day, they would provide you with a drinks voucher that you could use In their bar. Well worth it, as the barman was very entertaining and the measures given are extremely generous. ||||Hotel was able to arrange a private taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay, which was a fixed price (extremely good value) and a lot cheaper that hailing one on the street.||||All in all a fabulous hotel which is run by a...

During our stay in Chile we stayed at this hotel on three different occasions for a total of 6 nights. During our first stay on the 6th floor we only had one bedside table. Also the bath was slippery. During our second and third visits we were on the 3rd floor and had two bedside tables and the shower was not so bad. There is a safe and hairdryer in the room. The hotel has a pool which is freezing cold and does provide pool towels on request at reception. There is a bar and a lovely area around the pool to have a drink. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and have a very good standard of English. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices although on some occasions it took a while for items to be replaced.
