we booked the accommodation at $159 with breakfast for 3 days! we arrived late at night the girl from the reception was waiting for us and asked us to pay upon arrival and that we had to pay $189 because we are with a card! we didn't remember the price, we went to pay! luckily for us the payment after 3-4 attempts was not made, until a Chilean couple came to check in and that's where the discussion about money and payment stopped! in the morning I went and paid $159 that the booking price said! at the same time a couple from Brazil came down who were staying for 6-7 days with their towels and they asked them to change the towels because they are now very wet from all the days .. on the second day that we needed them the girls from the reception came and helped us ! on the last afternoon as soon as we got down for the exit, the girl who had paid told us that there is a problem because I paid by card it is $30 more! I told her that I paid according to the price I booked and she showed me in the booking system my reservation $159 - 19% Chile tax $30.21 which is included in the price of the reservation ! I explained to her that because I have a hotel in my country and because I work with booking I know what she is showing me and that the tax is included in the price! she was adamant until I told her I will ask and if the additional charge applies I will pay! i headed to the police station i explained to them what has happened they asked for my passport they saw the date of entry into the country and they said i have no other obligation to pay anything else and that chilean law exempts travelers from the 19% IVA and if i want to complaint, but because I have a hotel I didn't want to continue! as soon as we got back to the hotel the girl I had paid made various ironic grimaces to the other colleague! the other girl also tried to convince me that I owe $30 more than the price I booked! I explained to them once again that I paid the price that was booked and I know the booking system because I have a hotel, and as I found out tourists from other countries are exempt from the 19% IVA! in the morning at 11 I went to check out the girl from the first night who went to charge me 190$ while I had booked with the booking 159$ she asked me for 30$ I explained to her that I have paid the price from the booking and the laundry 10$ , I don't owe anything and all the above from the beginning .. luckily for me it was an Italian tourist who immediately took part and told her that yesterday he paid the same amount in Valparaiso with a card and they didn't ask him anything more! to get the answer that it is the policy of the company! because I have a business, I want the customer to pay exactly what is due to him, neither more nor less! and no business would give the customer the $30 dollars! also because I had a woman across from me, there were cameras, I respected the space, I was also in a foreign country, I asked her to call the police and if I owe more, let me pay! there things took a different turn .. panic, fear and despair .. he called Manuel (if I remember the name correctly) to give the solution and to explain his to me persistently asking me whether I paid in dollars or pesos? as a European citizen using a well-known global travel card I told him that I paid in euros! he hung up on me I explained that I would rate the business 1 (and I'm sorry for that because I'm also a colleague) he started yelling that he's going to call the police! I told her I will wait! I waited until another colleague of hers came and politely asked me to stop here! I left and said I will not continue until I received the following message! P.S Manuel if you want to create goodwill in your business, you must find experienced staff with good knowledge of foreign languages! breakfast is not considered a spoonful of jam with butter for 2, 2 slices of cheese 3 salami, 0.65 ml juice and fruit in a glass blackened because they have been cut hours before! as well as changing towels, washing the bathroom and replenishing paper and shampoo must be daily!!

⚠️Advertencia: NO recomiendo este lugar💀 Tuve la peor experiencia en Hotel de Blasis. La habitación estaba sucia, con sábanas usadas y rayones de rímel. El dueño y algunos miembros personal del hotel fueron groseros y desatentos cuando pedí que mejoren la limpieza. Ojo que les piden pagar a través de un enlace y por adelantado, por eso cuidado ⚠️ el pago no es por Booking. 🚨Problemas con la limpieza y el mantenimiento: - La habitación no tenía clóset y las sábanas estaban sucias, las cortinas llenas de moho, hay mucha humedad en la habitación. - Encontré una araña en la cama pelos de pubis, rayones de rímel. - La señora de limpieza fue grosera al decirme que "eran mis pelos" y no hizo la limpieza con la excusa que yo no había salido de mi habitación, lo cual tomé como una represalia. -La recepcionista que está en la tarde, no es amable, no buscó ninguna solución y se comportó como si la situación no importara, no tienen un libro de quejas o reclamos, o no me lo quiso dar, no sé pero si actitud fue indolente. 🚨Comportamiento agresivo y xenófobo del dueño - El dueño fue agresivo y xenófobo, haciendo comentarios despectivos sobre Perú y Bolivia - Me trató de manera despectiva y me dijo que si no me gustaba la atencion, que me fuera. Que yo no estaba contenta con nada, que era una "huésped terrible", que "primero su personal y luego los huéspedes", que yo era una "victimizada", que "nada me complacía" que tenía un gran hotel por poco precio (casi mil soles por 4 noches) y que si deseaba mejor atención me vaya a otro hotel de mayor paga. - Me dio una hora para sacar mis cosas, argumentando que podía botarme de "su casa cuando quisiera". No me permitió llamar a mi esposo aduciendo que yo era la que había hecho el contrato. 🚨Falta de respeto y profesionalismo - El dueño y el personal del hotel no me respetaron como huésped. El dueño tenía un tono de voz agresivo y amenazante, me preguntó mi profesión, mi especialidad y luego me dijo que yo le había tirado mis títulos en la cara, luego me dijo que el también era dueño de 4 hoteles...en todo momento se comportaba como una persona agresiva y resentida. Me espetó que yo no tenía empatía con su empleada y que por mi culpa ella vendría a hacer la limpieza. - Me responsabilizaron del porqué su empleada no había limpiado mi habitación aduciendo que yo me levantaba tarde, me dijo que había revisado la cámara y que salia tarde del cuarto. - El dueño administrador, me ofreció "los vídeos" para que yo vea mi comportamiento en la discusión, lo que me pareció una amenaza. Luego se desdijo diciendo que me los daría en caso yo presentará mi abogado. 🚨Conclusión No recomiendo este lugar a nadie. La experiencia fue horrible y me sentí intimidada y amenazada. Le doy una estrella porque no hay opción de poner cero. He leído que tiene pésimos comentarios, incluso no soy la primera persona que ha agredido. Veo también que el dueño se toma la molestia de responder comentarios a los demás de manera grosera, así que véanlo por sus propios ojos. Solo tiene permiso de ser casa pension, no es un hotel. Y como verán en el resto de reseñas la respuesta del dueño siempre serán falsedades o evasiones a su responsabilidad. Lamentable lo que sucede en esa casa pensión.

Os quartos são confortáveis, simples, contam com aquecedor e tv. Não tem frigobar nem telefone. A água do chuveiro é ok, não é a mais quente que já vi mas é bem quentinha. O atendimento é bom. O café da manhã é montado pra você então você não tem opção de pegar o que quer nem a quantidade que quer. Fazem fatias de pão torradas, presunto, queijo, salaminho, uma porção de frutas, suco, café, leite, iogurte e cereal. Todos os dias é o mesmo café. O café tem hora marcada, eles perguntam na noite anterior que horas você vai comer. Pontualmente um dia me estressou bastante pq eu tinha passeio às 6:30 da manhã, avisei que tomaria café às 6h e quando cheguei lá tinha um misto quente e um copo de café pronto pra viagem. O café que estava sendo montado na mesa eu não podia tomar pq o meu "era pra viagem" por conta do horário. Esse episódio específico me estressou bastante visto que já tinha café nas mesas, era só comer. Ao redor do hotel tem muitos restaurantes e bares. Dá pra fazer bastante coisa a pé! 1,5km do Sky Costanera.

Os quartos são confortáveis, simples, contam com aquecedor e tv. Não tem frigobar nem telefone. A água do chuveiro é ok, não é a mais quente que já vi mas é bem quentinha. O atendimento é bom. O café da manhã é montado pra você então você não tem opção de pegar o que quer nem a quantidade que quer. Fazem fatias de pão torradas, presunto, queijo, salaminho, uma porção de frutas, suco, café, leite, iogurte e cereal. Todos os dias é o mesmo café.
