A Timeless Classic in Santiago
This restaurant has truly earned its status as a classic in Santiago, and what’s even more impressive is how it has consistently maintained its quality over the years. I visited this place a long time ago, and I’m happy to say that it’s even better now!
If you’re visiting, definitely start with the 'Machas a la Parmesana'—an absolute must-try. Follow that up with the wonderful 'Ceviche de Reineta', which was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The waiters are always polite, attentive, and very helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The restaurant is clean and has a welcoming, decent atmosphere. A true gem in Santiago!
