My boyfriend and I visited Chile in January & February. Santiago was the first stop in our journey and Knutsen kicked off our trip in the best way. We also ended up staying at Knutsen again on the back end of our trip before flying out. The hostel has a great chill vibe. I loved the common areas, especially the back patio where you can lay in a hammock. The staff are so awesome and friendly. They were all very happy to help answer any questions we had about Santiago or Chile in general. On our first night they grilled out on the back patio and invited everybody. We were welcome to eat and drink if we chipped in some pesos. We met so many cool people from all over the world. The bed was comfy, everything was clean. It's in a great location, and pretty close to a train stop. Overall highly recommend if you are looking for a great hostel in Santiago! We can't wait...

A fantastic vibe to place with the owner being extremely helpful. He helped with sights to see, helped book the next part of my trip and helped out when I got a bit stuck. So accommodating. I am travelling solo and it was just the perfect way to start my South American adventure. Recommend...
