I checked into this hotel and the staff were friendly. I was charged a room deposit that was not refunded upon my check out but instead, charged a second time which I only learned when I looked at my credit card statement later on. I contacted the hotel about this error several times and did not get a response or a correction on the extra charges. The hotel advertises multilingual staff but this is not the case. This made communicating very difficult when things went wrong with a power surge in my room that destroyed my cell phone. The hotel did not respond to this situation at all either. I paid for attempted repairs (that ended up being seriously fraudulent and criminal with the so called repair people stealing my phone's logic board and demanding my passcodes. Be careful travellers!!) The old wiring in the hotel was the cause of the phone's demise, so I would caution travellers about travelling with your main device and if you are travelling alone, it would be wise to have a back up device so you can bring your damaged device home for repair. All in all between the hotel not responding to the power surge issue I experienced in my room and the double deposit charge I would not recommend this or any of this group's hotels for your travel experience unless you enjoy stress and unforeseen extra costs. ||||The room was not particularly clean. I was charged a room deposit upon check in that was not refunded when I checked out but charged a second time. Messages sent regarding this error were not responded to by the hotel and the fraudulent charges were not reimbursed. But by far the worst experience in the hotel was having a power surge fry my cell phone. The hotel's old wiring was sited as the cause. I attempted to have the phone repaired in Santiago which was a huge mistake as the repair place was fraudulent. If you're travelling solo I would highly recommend taking a back up device and using older devices with just your travel information. Also not a bad idea to take hard copies of travel info as well! The repair place tried very hard to force me to give them all of my passcodes before returning my phone, which was not repaired in the end though I had to pay to get it back. The hotel did not wish to take any responsibility for the power surge in my room leading to costly repairs which didn't work anyway. I would not recommend this hotel nor any hotel in this group to travellers who value customer service or accountability. Read morePésima experiencia nos avisaron am q la habitación tenia problemas, y nos querían cambiar a un hotel de menor valor, nos negamos, ante esto nos indicaron que se había solucionado. Llegamos, nos hicieron pagar la estadia completa y dejar garantía de 20 mil y cuando nos subieron a la habitación nos informaron q tenian una pequeña gotera... mentira el baño se mojaba entero en muy poco tiempo. Nos pidieron que esperaremos a que solucionaran el problema, dejamos la habitación para q pudieran solucionar la situación, al llegar continuaban con lo mismo e indicaron que no se podia arreglar, q el maestro indico q habia q cambiar la techumbre... no nos quisieron devolver el dinero porque según ellos llevábamos mucho tiempo en la habitación (estuvimos 2 horas + 4 fuera). Después de mucho tiempo nos retornaron la garantia y el 40% del valor de la habitación. Además el hotel completo y las habitacionew huelen horrible a químicos como naftalina o algo asi. Pésima experiencia, 0 recomendable, solo rescato la atencion de los recepcionista q hicieron todo lo posible por apoyarnos y se veían claramente complicados por las instrucciones del administrador. A las 1 am recién pudimos abandonar el hotel y cambiar a otro. La reserva la gestionamos por booking y ellos quisieron procesar todo fuera de sistema.
