Casa Mosaico Backpacker Hostel — Hotel in Recoleta

We ve been staying one night in Santiago last December 2019 and were so lucky to find Hotel casa Mosaico.||Location is great, very close to very good restaurant and bars, and walkable to the hyper city center and all its activity.||The place itself is amazing, lot of charm there, rooms are more than clean, comfortable with everything you need. You have shared area to that you can use and a beautiful and quiet roof top (that was completely unexpected).||Also you have a good breakfast included and on the top of it, price is very affordable, you cant beat it!!!||They also keep your luggage for free if you need to leave it while enjoying the city and helped us to find good restaurant around and even to call a taxi to join the airport.||So for sure if we come back to this amazing country and specially Santiago, Hotel Casa Mosaico will be our place to stay!!||The staff was really perfect and a special thanks to Mariangela who helped us a lot as well and was...

I got this hostel because I was Finishing my round the world and I wanted to have some comfort. But I had better stays in others hostels around the planet without the “boutique” concept.||Boutique hostels have more spacious beds, taken in all beds, and lockers with keysfor everone. In addition the bathrooms have shampoo and hair dryer. I did not understand why the use of the term "boutique hostel"||They don’t give even towels, no breakfast. Just a normal shared room, with the normal size beds, no taken on up bads, no lockers. And the wifi doesn’t work inside the dorms. I had to go to the reception to get it.||In fact, the dorms doesn’t even have door keys.||Be honest with your guests, please. We stayed a couple of nights in casa mosaico hostel after spending 2 nights in 2 other accommodations that we didn't like much.|Casa mosaico has clean and spacious private room with ensuite for a very good value.|The staff is very nice, particularly Maria Angela that was very welcoming and always available to help us.|The wifi was good in the reception so we could upload our pictures o.
