It’s my 1st visit for dinner there. The ramen is quite spicy for me but I still can finish it. We sit at the bar table. My mother is in high cholesterol. I asked the chef which ramen suited her and the chef said it’s difficult to choose. Then I said tried to minimise or no oil and fat to be added in her order. I can see the chef really paid attention to her order and I can see he making the lighter soup from my observation (I also saw the soup color is lighter). Thanks for the chef’s caring. Honestly, the taste of ramen is okay but I gave 4 stars because of the chef’s attentive service.

Tried their Macau Special Tonkotsu Ramen, which is tonkotsu broth and added salted fish and cheese. To my surprise the taste is quite good, very creamy and slightly salty. Noodles is done right and I like their aroma oil. Not bad if you ask me.

Horrible. You see lots of empty seats. But they will make you queue. When you complain to Galaxy CS, their excuse is that the tables are for two while the people waiting are of larger numbers. Really? They never asked anyone who’s queueing how many a group are they. And guess what? Some people are allowed to enter without queuing....

A surprise to find while staying at Galaxy, this is a great ramen place, near identical in concept to Ramen Nagi, where you pick every aspect of your ramen and it's customised to your taste. It gets busy, but definitely worth it!
