Metro Winner Hotel — Hotel in Hong Kong

They didnt clean the room even tho we alrd did as what they said (put the please makeup room tag on the door before 3 pm). They didnt give us free drink. We stayed around 3 nights and they DIDNT CLEAN EVEN ONCE. There r so many cockroaches. Smh. We booked 5 rooms and this is what we got. The other rooms also have cockroaches. The view is so so but not gonna complain about it. Everything is just fine since its just a 3 stars hotel. But the service is ZERO. We feel itchy sleeping on the beds and the floor feels sticky. The wifi is not fast and they said it is high speed wifi 😅😅😅. Cz it is not given exclusively per room but 1 wifi for everyone. Theres no security guards at all. So unsafe. Just ppl in the front desk and theyre not there at night. The lift shakes too much. No place for breakfast. This looks like a mid class apartment rather than a hotel. They didnt even take out the trash. No shower cap no sanitary bag or anything else but just a free toothbrush and small toothpaste. No place to put the soap in the shower. The edges are dirty and has mosses on them. Oh my God. Def not going to recommend this to anyone. We went to cheaper hotels in HK and we got SO MUCH MORE than this. Pls FIX this. We booked this hotel because of the location and size of the room which matched our requirements. However they do have a lot of area need improvement: |1. Deposit only in cash. We initially put 1000 hkd (500 each room) but later swap with our local currency otherwise by the time we get our deposit back, we can't spend the money.|2. Cleanliness- after they hv made up the room, found a stack of hair on the floor.|3. More toiletries pls - a small tube of toothpaste to last 6d5n? No shower cap or shaver. Only toothbrush and a miserable toothpaste. |4. Bed too hard for me.|5. No replenish of room slippers. 1 pair to last entire stay.|6. Security may be an issue as main entrance access via room card only from 11 pm.|7. This hotel is a neat set up, with the lobby on the 5th floor, serviced by 2 lifts.|2 to 3 mins walk from Yau Mah Teh MTR and plenty of eateries. Situated on Nathan Rd (yes, it's a long stretch of road) , you can get your tim sum fix at 2 Chinese restaurants just opposite the hotel. |Good housekeeping, pleasant & helpful front desk staff and clean towels as well as sufficient toiletries. |HK is known for high hotel room prices.
