The room wall is terrible, full of stain.The door chain lock and double locks are not working but the hotel maintenance staff was able to repair it for us.The aircon is terrible, it turns off every 5 to 10 minutes. They were not able to fix it. They couldn't give us a different room. We had a hard time sleeping.The hotel is not well maintained.The other guests' noise can be heard from the inside.There are cob webs everywhere.No refrigerator.The hotel is very near the Senado Square and other tourist spots in Macau.The room size is good enough for the 3 of us.The toilet is spacious.There are many restaurants near the hotel.The nearest hotel that offers a free shuttle bus is Sofitel at Ponte 16.The bus stops are also near the hotel.There are free bottled waters and toiletries.Not worth the price. there are three areas it could improve, sound insulation between rooms and between room and corridor, sometimes could be noisy ifa the people living next room or in corridor not considerate, speaking loudly (although i have to confess chinese people tend to talk/speak loud and in high tone), the other thing is the TV, the tv reception is bad; often blurred and snowy tv screen, the hotel technician came but said nothing can be done, because of room location; three, the hotel allows customers to leave luggage/baggage in a store area, after checkout, but somehow made it clear no staff will look after or keep an eye on it, i don't know if there is a cctv monitor but if yes, it probably helps, although it seems to me macau people...

Located just off the main drag, with with evening foodstalls at the hotel's doorstep. Rather basic, old school furniture & decoration, but clean. Kettle, bottle of water, hairdryer, TV and great in-room WiFi connection is okay theres no fridge. Bed was a bit hard.Well located, within easy walking distance of the Fort & other historic buildings. Windowless room had quite a ‘run down’ feel.
