芝麻糊 ,今次可能煲燶咗有少少糯味。 但係已經好過好多其它糖水舖, 出面好多芝麻糊都有發毛嘅霧味。 懷疑係澳門嘅芝麻特質唔夠靚所以有咁嘅問題。 有待深入研究再了解。
Dried Beancurd stick with Barley and Ginkgo seeds soup, side added glutinous rice balls. The bean curd been all melted and has ginkgo as said. Can also add an egg in it.
Sesame paste sweet soup, this round might have been overcooked a little. Yet overall, it already tastes better than numerous other dessert stores out there. Unfortunately, lots of sesame paste soup has this odd 'mould' smell. Suspicious that is a general quality issue with the black sesame supply of Macao. Need to observe more in depth to understand...
