There’s not much space to stand if you’re waiting in line, and it can get a bit crowded, especially when several guests are checking in or out at the same time.2. Stairs to reach the lift - One major downside is the flight of stairs you need to climb to reach the lift lobby on the second floor. If you have heavy luggage, this could be a bit of a hassle, especially after a long day of walking around the city.3. Tiny Lift - The elevator is incredibly small. It barely fits a few people along with their luggage, so it might feel a bit cramped, particularly during busy times when everyone’s heading to their rooms at once.4. Conveniently located in the very popular Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street. I took the Maglev from Pudong airport to Longyang Road station and change to metro line 2 to People’s Square - Total journey only for about 30mins. Then follow the road sign towards Nanjing Pedestrian St. Take the escalator up and walk for less than 5mins, turn left after you see the big sign board PANDORA on the right hand shopping mall. The staff at the counter are very helpful. You can help yourself to the free items on the counter such as ice cooler pad which was super useful due the hot weather in June, hand mask, mosquitoes patch and eye mask. The room I had on the 6th floor was spacious and cleaned daily. The hotel is directly opposite Shanghai First Food hall and there are plenty of restaurants and fastfood near by. It’s possible to walk to the bund on foot and travel by metro to most of the attractions. U can take metro line 8 then change to line 11 to Disneyland. Just make sure u have access to Alipay or unionpay and download Baidu map which is very useful! I booked two nights at 1st but i was so happy with the hotel and location that I extended another night. Btw, take note that Yu Yuan is not open on Monday and for this hotel, you need to take stairs to the 2nd floor to take the lift. we took the room for 4 w/c is good, big windows, bed is comfy big enough for 2 people, bathroom is okay, the best basin outside the toilet is a great convenience, big mirror, toilet dryer, warmer , deodorizer, bidet are all good! hair dryer. Free coffee tea paper cups Bottled water. You can ask the receptionist for free slippers towels tissues shaver comb. Location is few steps to the Metro! Infront of JINGLAI is SHANGHAI's FIRST FOOD HALL lots of food souvenirs to bring home! Beside is a Pharmacy. Nearby are Food stalls like roasted squid & meat, local ice cream,  3-4 Big Malls, Adidas, M&M, Miniso, KFC, local shops, turn right walk across the street is the No. 3 Warehouse restaurant inside the New World Mall. The hard part is carrying our Big luggages to the 2nd floor to start their elevator to reach 3rd floor. Elevator is tidy . All rooms starts @ 3rd floor.
