The hotel is very well located, not too far from the Monserrate and from the La Candelaria area (you can walk to most touristic attractions or if you prefer you can get an Uber - which is pretty cheap in Bogota).||We stayed at this hotel for 5 days (party of three), we booked the Junior Suite room. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by a young man who was very polite. Their junior suite room is actually pretty LARGE, so I would say that was the main highlight of this hotel for me. ||The room consisted of three single beds, two couches, two TVs (one wasn't really working though, so I don't get it why it was there in the first place), a mini fridge (empty, but you can buy drinks at the reception), wardrobe, desk, chair and a bathroom (the bathroom's shower was also a highlight!).||The hotel's wi-fi signal is not great, it is free and it works but don't expect an stable connection throughout your stay.||Room service (cleaning) is included, however it was not great (the room was cleaned and all but we had to ask at least twice for toilet paper and for an extra towel).||Breakfast was included in our package, but don't expect much. The hotel's breakfast range is very limited (cold bread, butter, jam, cereals, yogurt, juice, coffee, hot milk, cheese, ham and eggs). Since I am not a big fan of breakfast I was satisfied with what was being offered but I am aware that some guests might get annoyed by their very limited breakfast options (I really missed the cold milk to add it to the cereal, they only offered hot milk for some reason).||They also serve lunch and dinner, their options are also not broad but we had dinner twice there and we were actually satisfied with the meals served (the price is also not bad, pretty affordable) - the only bad side is that since the restaurant is tiny and few guests eat there their schedule is very unstable (you would have to check whether it is open or not - it varies).||Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel, the price charged for our stay was actually very affordable taking into account everything that was being offered (service, value, comfort and location). ||I would definitely recommend this hotels to all groups, especially those who value comfort but can't really afford a fancy hotel.||I would gladly stay at the Expo Suite Parque Bavaria again if I ever...
Read moreMixed feelings. The service was great, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was far beyond what we expected. It was big, beds and pillows were great, the bathroom had an amazing shower. They were able to attend our desire of an upper story room, which was awesome. Breakfast was good, but without much variety. We had an issue on the first day with the rooms wifi not working which was a bummer, but it got solved the next day and overall it was OK. The location is rather good considering the distance from main attractions such as Museo Del Oro and Monserrate, for instance, but for us it could've been better, up north in the direction of Chapinero and Zona Rosa were pubs, bars and restaurants, so that would've been better for us. A good hotel...
Read moreThe only good thing I have to say about this hotel was that it was clean. The towels were old and overused (and you are only allowed one per person, so no face towels or wash cloths, so you you must wipe your face with the same towel you use to to wipe your feet), the bathroom was tiny, the room was so poorly lit that it was too dark to work in (or put makeup on in), there were no drawers for clothing, there were no hangers for skirts, there were no bath robes, slippers, or shower caps, and there was only one tiny waist basket. I suppose it is well-located to...
