Prisma Hostel — Hotel in Bogota, Capital District

Terrible service! Don't go there. First of all, the internet does not work in the rooms. Worse still, while I was sleeping in the room, they suddenly came in, woke me up rudely and asked for the room fee for the 2nd day. (Check-out was at 11, they arrived at 12. Joke?) The rooms are extremely noisy, but closing the windows to sleep is forbidden. After waking me up, they opened the windows. The hostel is very noisy but closing the door is also forbidden?!? (20 people had a meeting in front of the room and they opened the door while i was sleeping)

The another time i was changing my clothes and closed the door but a women came and open the door, i was saying “2 min please”... But she came in directly with her key. And there was people in front of the door. That people have allergy about privacy.

They also sell towels and soap, on top of that the hot water doesn't work in the bathroom. They took me to other bathroom to take a shower but then knocked the door like crazy 5-6 mins. I have no idea why?

Don't be fooled that the location looks good for the price. This is much more expensive. Definitely stay away! No, a place to...

My fault for not reading the reviews, I guess. Looks like they stole from other people too.

I booked online, and the owner told me to pay again when I got there because she was not able to receive the online payment. She said I'd get my money back but that turned out to be a lie. I left after that.

Instead of listing all the other problems with this place, I'll just recommend Hostel Fatima around the corner, which I and another...

ES EL PEOR LUGAR OARA PASAR LA NOCHE. SE ROBAN EL DINERO DE LOS HUESPEDES, LA DUEÑA DEL HOTEL (CRISTINA) METEN A LAS HABITACIONES Y LE SACA LA ROPA Y LA PONE EN OTRO LUGAR. NO HAY PRIVACIDAD. EL AMBIESTE ES UN ASCO, LAS SEÑORITAS DEL SERVICIO VIVEN SOMETIDAS A INSULTOS Y MAL TRATO DURATE TODO EL DIA. LE COBRAN POR TODO. NO SE PUEDE LLEGAR DESPUÉS DE LAS 10 PM PORQUE CIERRAN LA PUERTA. NO REGRESAN DINEROS CUANDO UNO COMO CLIENTE ESTA INCONFORME CON EL SERVICIO. NUNCA HAY AGUA CALIENTE Y LAS CAMAS HUELEN A FEO Y SIEMPRE ESTAN SUCIAS.

LO UNICO BUENO ES LA UBICACIÓN DE RESTO TODO MAL. DURANTE TODO EL DIA HAY PELEAS ENTRE LA DUEÑA DEL LUGAR (CRISTINA) Y LAS SEÑORITAS DEL SERVICIO. NO HAY TRANQUILIDAD NI DESCANSO.

NOO RECOMIENDO, LAS HABITACIONES TIENEN CUCARACHAS Y SIEMPRE ESTAN SUCIAS. LOS BAÑOS ESTAN SUCIOS EN CADA MOMENTO, LOS GATOS QUE VIVEN EN LA CASA NO DEJAN DESCANSAR Y LLENAN TODO DE PELOS Y EN LAS NOCHES LLORAN
