Awesome museum if you want learn about the history of Bogotá since the geological formation to nowadays. There you can find information about the origin of the city, the transportation systems trough years, the historical events and the way in wich the water has been distributed to the community. There are two urns (one opened in 2010, the other to be opened in 2110) that contain some documents and valuable information for next generations about what was life like in each age. They had a laboratory in another house that although it was a little bit confusing becauase we didn't understand the pieces exhibited there, was interesting how each visitor interpreted and interested about them. You can go with your family, including kids, or friends....
Read moreNot a museum. It is a awkward display of a "progresive" current fashion and "political movement" in the city, left by the last city mayor Lopez. It tricks visitans as it is located inside a small colonial house, and you spect Bogotá history from indigenous settlement till our current time, but NO. It is an exhibition of things that you can easily find outside in the streets, from grable and debry to pictures of street sellers and nearby veredas. It is a waste of time.
