While I was staying at the hotel with my two young children (single parent) I had the work experience of my life!
When first arriving the "owner female lady" was horribly rude and impatient. Entered room to find the bed had bed bugs🐛 and toilet had not been cleaned. It was so disgusting 🤢. We were giving a new room after an hour of owner yelling at me.. Then the next day at breakfast, I went to the Bathroom and had my children sitting out side the bathroom waiting for me (as we've always done for safety). When I came out , my son told me someone had touched he's private parts on he's body!! Checked CCT footage and to my horrors it was true😭 . Police came then owner denied everything and had deleted footage! Then the police made me give them money for wasting their time!!! Nos hospedamos en este "hotel" debido a un evento que teníamos en cartagena, solicitamos que guardarán 4 cajas pequeñas en la habitación que habíamos reservado y cobraron 50 mil pesos solo por esto. El día de la salida pedimos al hotel guardar las cajas ( que ahora eran solo dos) en su bodega junto con las maletas mientras llegaba la empresa de mensajería. A lo cual se negaron y nos indicaron que cobraban otros 50 mil pesos de más por guardarlas. El servicio pésimo, las personas atienden de mala gana, te ven cargando subiendo y bajando las cajas y hacen de cuenta que no existes.
La habitación 101 tiene ventilador pero no tiene una sola ventana en donde entre luz, huele a humedad y una de las manijas del baño estaba dañada, además en el primer piso se ubica un bar y se escucha el ruido de la música hasta que cierran el mismo.
El desayuno es a partir de las 7 am, todos los días sirven lo mismo. Huevos revueltos una tajada de pan blanco café con leche, un trozo de patilla y un jugo de caja.
