Neglected and Ignored – Left After 45 Minutes Without Service We were seated promptly but left utterly neglected for 45 minutes. Within the first 10 minutes, I had to hunt down high chairs myself for our two small children, as no staff offered assistance. Multiple waiters glanced our way, acknowledging our presence, yet none bothered to help. After 35 minutes, a waitress finally approached—only to mistakenly deliver a drink meant for another table. When we pointed out that no one had taken our order, she nodded but vanished. Ten more minutes passed without so much as a drink order taken. I went with my family (total 6) for dinner to Di Silvio and overall it was a good experience. The restaurant is beautiful, with indoor or outdoor seating options. The menu options are big, we ordered different pizzas. Ham and chesse, vegetables were good, but got disapointed with “La Cartagenera”. I would not ordered again or recommended. Service needs a lot of improvement and it seems they are not organized. We had to ask two times for someone to take our order. When we finally got our order in, it took more than 30 minutes to get our drinks. Probably we had ordered more drinks if they would had serv us faster. Food took very long too, but it was understandable as the place was packed. Overall it was an ok/good place to visit with family...

Top notch service, fast hot food, and who doesn't like pasta.

After exploring Centro Historico in Cartegena I was starving so I decided to come to Di Silvio Trattoria for dinner.

I'm glad I stopped here. My food was delicious. I had bruchetta to start and spinach ravioli with cheese.

Although the bruschetta was delicious the bread was a little big and I I had to use a fork and knife to eat it. All the toppings just fell onto the plate every time I cut it or picked up a piece.
