Hotel Paradise Lleras — Hotel in Medellín

Avoid this Hotel at all costs!||Versión en español a continuación||1) This hotel is directly adjacent to a night club--this night club plays extremely loud music every night until 4AM--and then this club empties and numerous drunk patrons remain directly outside the Club talking--Arguing and even fighting||to make matters worse many of these people stay in this hotel and come into the hotel lobby after 4am and carry on their partying in the Lobby--Management or the Desk Clerk do nothing||2) Not having access in or out of the Hotel: The desk clerk at night also acts as the cleaning lady--meaning she is not at the front desk--and she locks the front door not allowing guests to come in order leave-I waited nearly 30 minutes for her to come to the front and let me out--this was after me walking the halls on each level, not be able to locate her.||3) Internet--I was very clear in my need and expectation for stable internet. They were very strong in informing me that is was solid--It is not solid and more often then not it is down--if you are a business traveling or need reliable internet--do not take this chance.||Overall, I literally did not sleep for 15 day based on a nightclub being situated next to under my room||This hotel is by far the absolute worst experience I have had in all my travels.|Evita este hotel a toda costa!||1) Este hotel está justo al lado de un club nocturno (este club nocturno toca música extremadamente alta todas las noches hasta las 4 a. m.) y luego este club se vacía y numerosos clientes borrachos permanecen directamente afuera del club hablando, discutiendo e incluso peleando.||Para empeorar las cosas, muchas de estas personas se quedan en este hotel y entran al lobby del hotel después de las 4 am y continúan de fiesta en el lobby. La gerencia o el recepcionista no hacen nada.||2) No tener acceso dentro o fuera del hotel: La recepcionista por la noche también actúa como señora de la limpieza, es decir, no está en la recepción, y cierra la puerta principal con llave para no permitir que los huéspedes entren para salir. Esperé casi 30 minutos a que ella viniera al frente y me dejara salir; esto fue después de que desperté en los pasillos de cada nivel y no pude localizarla.||3) Internet: fui muy claro en mi necesidad y expectativas de una Internet estable. Fueron muy firmes al informarme que era sólido (no es sólido y la mayoría de las veces no funciona). No daily cleaning. After you remember them, they wil clean every 2 or 3 days.||No fresh Towels daily. After you remind them, they give a towel after maybe 2 days. Sometimes even no towel. Or only one towel with holes!||Bad smell in the whole room, because of the circulation problem and the Mould in the Bathroom. ||The water in the sink drips and the boiler and tubes makes loud noises. Especially at night this will disturb your sleep for sure!||Bed linen full of holes and dirty. Also with blood. Disgusting!||Old socks and trash under the bed from the last guests. ||Area very noisy and windows not proof. ||Water comes out from the refrigerator.||Internet is not working regularly.||Would not recommend to stay here...||I understand that this is a cheap Hotel, but these are way too much shortcomings...

I stayed in this hotel for 1 month, upon my arrival in Medellin.||It took quite a while, 2 weeks to get a microwave, and somewhat bigger refrigerator and a night lamp. Got robbed in the Hotel, lost 3 computers, 2 Nikon cameras, cell phone, and $500 cash.||Despite repeated calls to the manager showed only 2 days later.||Agreed to give only 1 security cam tape, and refused the 2nd, frontal cam tape.||When I made repeated requests for the 2nd Security tape, ||He called the local police at 7 PM to evict me. ||Luckily a lawyer that I called earlier showed up at the time.||Needless to say that I am still in shock and very angry.||||Security at this hotel is Zero.||||Do Not Stay There!||||and...
