Worst hotel I have seen in Colombia. The responsible does not have any respect for the clients. The windows can be opened from the outside of the room, but we never were informed, and were stolen shortly after our arrival, possibly by the hotel crew. This whole hotel crew has been lying to our face for 2 days, with discordant versions saying that we would "shortly" be able to watch the security cameras, that actually do not record anything, and anyway the guy who is supposed to watch it spend its night chating on facebook, playing or discussing with friends. We never received excuses for anything. The surroundings are extremely noisy (we couldnt sleep for 3 days), and the room quite inconfortable. This is an exemple of what Colombia has worst to offer. Read morePara la feria de las dos ruedas se realiza en esta maravillosa ciudad una reserva en el hotel Picasso 70 para el personal que nos representa.
Se realiza pago por anticipado de dos noches. Al llegar manifiestan que no hay pago registrado y cobran doble, sin Tomarce la delicadeza de verificar y dar una atención decorosa al huésped. Habitaciónes horribles,toallas viejas y sin enchufes eléctricos hágame el favor en pleno siglo XXI. Se les dice que no se está satisfecho con el servicio y las instalaciones y no devuelven el dinero por sus políticas!!! Y no hacen reembolso de lo sobre cobrado hasta 3 días hábiles después!!! Mientras se hace el registro de ingreso observen los vídeos de la seguridad del hotel !!! Y el buen servicio del personal!! Pésimo.
No sólo merecen una reseña negativa. Les acarrea una demanda ante la superintendencia de industria y turismo y una demanda ante las entidades competentes por no tener protocolos establecidos para darle manejo a situaciones de alto riesgo.
Estamos atentos a las respuestas de la gerencia y o dueños del hotel Picasso sobre lo sucedido a la fecha no se resuelve ni la devolución del dinero en su totalidad !!! Por que es un robo !!!
